Stayed for 2 nights pre cruise. Perfectly adequate for the 4 of us in a 2 bed apartment. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Location was good. But the nonsense of picking up the keys in another location after arriving on a hot day was not needed. Taxi from airport to main reception, another taxi back to the apartment. It wasn’t explained properly how to use the electronic key. Luckily someone came out just as we arrived and showed us. Big kitchen but no tea towels to dry washing up. Dustpan but no brush. Have stayed nearby in much better. ( that place full ). Seemed to be full of groups. Hen parties and stag do’s. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

As part of this, we also send a video showing how to use the electronic key and provide explanations at check-in to ensure no confusion. For kitchen items, while we aim to provide a fully equipped space, we always encourage guests to contact reception if anything is missing, such as tea towels or a brush, and we will make sure it is provided promptly. 酒店还算舒服，位置也便利，走十分钟左右就到地铁站
但是check in的前台跟入住的不是同一个地方，那天晚上九点多才到，到了才知道要去另一个地址去check in ，有点崩溃😭。。。希望酒店能提前告知这个不便之处更好。。
我们和一群朋友住在这里，这真的很理想。地理位置优越——就在格拉西亚大道上，因此您可以步行到达所有有趣的景点、商店和餐馆。地铁也在附近，超级方便。 公寓本身很现代、干净、宽敞。观光了一天之后，能够和大家在自己的住处放松一下，真是太好了。厨房设备齐全，床很舒服，空调运行正常（在巴塞罗那这很重要，哈哈）。 同样令人高兴的是：工作人员很友好，如果你需要任何东西，他们很容易联系到。一切都井然有序、令人放松。 如果您要和朋友一起去巴塞罗那，并且想寻找舒适、中心且时尚的地方——那么 Cosmo 是必看的地方！
太可怕了，除非你想被骗，否则千万别去这里！！！！！我们六个女孩订了这间公寓，到了那里，他们要求我们支付押金和旅游税，他们告诉我们，只要我们没有损坏任何东西，我们就会拿回 200 欧元的押金，我们同意了，在我们整个住宿期间，我们的 wifi 和暖气都有问题等等。最后到了我们回家的时候，他们把我们安置得完好无损，我们拍了所有东西的照片和视频，以防他们试图撒谎说我们弄坏了什么东西（我们觉得肯定会发生的），当我们离开时，他们告诉我们他们要收取押金，我们问他们为什么，他们告诉了我们三个不同的故事，首先他们说我们弄坏了暖气系统，然后他们说不，我们实际上弄坏了厨房水槽，最后，他们第三次改口说我们弄坏了他们的烤箱。我们在离开之前拍了烤箱的照片和视频，并确保我们有烤箱视频的时间戳，烤箱再次运行正常。我们告诉他们我们有证据证明我们没有这样做，但他们不同意。然后我们要求他们提供我们弄坏烤箱的证据，他们接着给我们发了一张经过 Photoshop 处理的烤箱照片，照片经过了如此多的 Photoshop 处理，简直可笑，我们要求他们给我们发送视频，但他们拒绝了我们的请求，并从我们的账户中取钱。这个地方的一切都是骗局！！！！拜托，我们为这间公寓支付的费用比我们预期的还要多。他们试图欺骗游客，因为他们知道我们对此无能为力
公寓位于一个不错的区域，布局良好，干净整洁。我们四个人，住得很舒服，没有空间问题。入口处设有小吃自动售货机，除楼梯外还可使用电梯前往各楼层。建议！
公寓本身需要翻新，装修和装饰都很廉价，而且显然没有很好地经受住西面的考验，墙上有洞，装饰松散，抽屉打不开等等。厨房设备简陋，我们没有水壶，但有洗衣机🤷♂️我们到达时保险箱无法使用，公寓非常吵，以至于我们在入住期间根本无法在主卧室睡觉。公寓不是很干净，尽管我们住了一个星期，被告知会更换毛巾和提供女仆服务……但我们根本没有得到这些。如果再多一点关心和关注，再多一点投资，可能会更好。我不会再住在这里了。也不会说它很便宜，我在巴塞罗那住过便宜得多的地方，体验和质量要好得多
