Am I the only person reviewing this hotel? I've stayed at Dream Boutique several times, dating back about 5 years. I can't say enough about this hotel. Owners are great people, very helpful and interesting to chat with. Rooms range from 600b to 1200b. This time I booked a queen room (800b) for 7 nights. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in Thailand (world capital of the rock-hard bed). Room had a recliner chair, desk, wardrobe, full size fridge, kitchenette with sink, dishes, microwave, and kettle, balcony with table and chairs, quiet AC, and a hot water shower. Wifi was strong and fast. TV was a bit old, but worked fine, with just a few English channels. No fancy amenities like shampoos or ear buds, but otherwise all you really need for a comfortable stay. The beach is a 2 minute walk, and there are numerous restaurants, som tam carts, seafood stalls, and 7-11 in the immediate area. Beer bars and a sports bar are a short walk away on Soi Bus Station. Nice and quiet at night time, slept great at night. Can't go wrong here, I'll return again and again.

Dream Boutique Hotel is my go-to hotel when in Cha-am. Great small family run hotel just a 1 minute walk to the beach. Rooms are clean and well appointed, with a soft comfy bed, hot shower, fan and AC, wardrobe, modern TV, kitchenette, sofa, and desk/eating area. Nice balcony too. They even have a lift, despite being only 4 floors high. Ground floor is a great place to hang out, with comfortable seating and great conversations with the owners and guests. Prices range from 600b to 1200b per night, with long term discounts. They rent scooters and bicycles too. Will definitely return.
优势在距离海滩实在是太近了，很方便，其它嘛对得起这个价格就好，设施适合长住，周边配套和停车什么都很方便
非常好，一切都很方便，靠近海滩，有私人停车场，旁边就是7-11便利店，房间很干净，服务也很好。
以这个价格来说，酒店设施我觉得挺不错的。
唯一遗憾的是，冰箱里有很多蚂蚁，还有洗手间的水是铁锈色，我没注意到就漱口了 (T ^ T)。
酒店位置也很好，所以这些小问题真的挺可惜的。
从房间里就能看到大海。拐角处就有 7-11 便利店。
