I had a very satisfying stay at Patra Comfort Bandung. I stayed for 1 night with my husband as we had a short trip to Bandung. Even though the stay was short, everything went smoothly from start to finish. Before arrival, I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp to inform them that my husband would check in first, as the reservation was under my name. The response was quick and clear, and upon arrival, my husband was welcomed warmly and the check-in process went very smoothly with no issues at all. The room was clean and well maintained, with a lovely view of the swimming pool and beautifully landscaped garden. There's smart TV, complete bathroom amenities, and for hairdryer can be requested. Hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and overall the room felt very comfortable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. There were many varieties to choose from, including an Indomie stand and a live cooking station where the nasi goreng was cooked fresh on the spot. It really added a nice touch to the morning. One thing I really appreciated is that the guest room buildings are separate from the lobby area, with proper pathways that are very helpful for wheelchair users or strollers. The elevator was also clean and pleasantly scented. The WhatsApp service was consistently responsive, which made everything easier. I would like to give special thanks to Kang Rendy for helping me arrange my food that I ordered online I requested temporary storage in the chiller, and everything was handled smoothly without me having to repeat my request. Truly great teamwork from the staff. Another big plus is the spacious parking area, which is quite rare for hotels in Bandung. Considering the price I paid, Patra Comfort is absolutely worth a 5/5 or even 10/10 rating. Highly recommended, and I will happily stay here again.

一开始预订这家酒店的时候，我还有点犹豫，但万隆帕特拉酒店（Patra Hotel Bandung）真的让我挺满意的！虽然它规模不大，设施也有限，但作为宅度假（staycation）的目的地来说，住起来还挺舒服的。
最让我印象深刻的是他们的泳池，特别是有一个温水区，简直是周末放松的完美选择。遗憾的是，健身房有点差强人意，只有两台旧跑步机和一辆自行车，而且还是在没有空调的开放空间里。如果想锻炼的话，可能在万隆周边走走更好，哈哈。
房间比较普通，有点老旧的味道，不过他们提供了空气净化器，这一点很有帮助。洗漱用品也非常简单，只有小瓶的洗发水和沐浴露。但最让人惊喜的是早餐！菜品都很美味。只是有一个档口（古德克和印尼香饭）的菜都偏咸了点。
我最近入住了万隆帕特拉酒店，体验非常棒！酒店的奢华氛围、宽敞客房和卓越服务都超出了我的预期。它地理位置优越，靠近热门景点，非常适合探索万隆。美味的早餐选择和友好的员工更是锦上添花。强烈推荐！
在这里住得很愉快，服务人员都很友好。如果想吃小吃，走后面有很多摊位哦。下次来万隆还要住这里，哈哈哈哈哈！

我只是想去吃顿早餐而已。如果附近有其他酒店，我肯定不会选择住这家。
