狠方便 一楼就有便利店
房间也许干净，卫生也许整洁，也没有什么异味，位置好找，还有免费无线网用，这价格还是很划算的！不错的入住体验。有观察过酒店清洁人员 好像都是整理整理床单喷喷清洁水
酒店地理位置非常好。步行5分钟就有一个大型购物中心，购物很方便。房间也很干净，凉爽舒适。最重要的是，员工都非常友好。这是一次非常满意的一晚住宿。
酒店位置还可以，但前台服务员像木头。客房过道霉味很大，房内有怪味。空调还是非常老式的风力0-1-2，然后还有一个开启一个关闭，但貌似风力档位已不能用，空调声音大的像拖拉机，卫生间是臭的，马桶都是垢（如图），我在预定的时候写清楚要安静的房间（如图），还给我安排了一间阳台正对空调外机的房间，什么仇什么怨。阳台还给我装了一只闪光灯（如视频），游泳池如墨汁（如图），原定住3晚，住了一晚就匆匆逃离。
工作人员很友好，食物也很美味。
酒店和地理位置都还行，只可惜水太咸了。洗澡的时候感觉像在用盐水洗澡，而且水特别滑。
哈里斯库塔嘉乐轩酒店的亮点在于可以直接通往库塔嘉乐轩购物中心，而且房间里还有一张长沙发，这也是我选择它而非其他哈里斯酒店的原因。虽然不像哈里斯图班酒店那样提供免费机场接送服务，但包含了3人份的早餐也算是一个加分项。谢谢哈里斯酒店！
房间宽敞、干净，员工都非常友好，食物美味，地理位置优越。
整体不错，性价比高，入住很多次。
地理位置优越，交通便利，周边很多吃饭的地方，在印尼来说，算是不错的一家酒店，会推荐给朋友。
房间很干净，早餐还不错，离机场很近，去机场很方便。
