Bed was good slept good after moving our son. Room was cool and inviting. Not that thrill with breakfast but found I like the chewy bars and coffee. It was fairly fair for Continental breakfast. The staff were so kind to let us check in early as we had to stay an extra night to help our son. And yes we will stay again. 4 days total...3 *******.

The hotel was nice. I had placed a reservation for a room with 2 beds but when I entered the room, there was only 1 Queen bed. The floor we stayed on was really noisy. Overall, I would stay there again.

I liked everything about the property except that the "refrigerator" in the room can only keep things cool. I wanted to freeze my travel ice-paks. This could not be realized in these little coolers wrongly labeled refrigerators!

Great place to relax and stay overnight
First time we stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Woodstock, GA. We arrived a little earlier than check in time and were able to get our room right away. Customer service very friendly and professional, room very nice, clean, bed very comfortable. Free included breakfast this morning was hot, make your own waffle crispy, delicious prepared by my husband, coffee hot, orange juice quenching. Food area clean and kept filled and fresh. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Woodstock, GA for our trip to Bread Beckers for our daughter who is a member of the Milling Momma’s in Franklin, TN.

Everything about this property was great. The rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was good and the coffee was great. All of the staff was amazing except the night shift individual that was working on 2/13/2025 very rude and disrespectful.
Other than that an amazing hotel. Will return.

Comfortable/friendly but just a couple of notes
The hotel staff was very friendly! Even though ********** sent over the wrong room type, the hotel was able to accommodate us so that we had the correct room. The negatives: The shower pressure was really low, there was no pot of cooked oatmeal like other hotel chains offer, and the plates were styrofoam...boo!

My family and I stayed there for 4 days while I visited with my dad who is sick and being that it was such a sad visit home, the staff at this hotel made it such a comfortable and pleasant place to land at the end of each day. They were *so* accommodating and friendly. I typically don’t leave reviews, but the staff there was exceptional. Thank you ladies so much again :)
