Stayed here for four days while working in the area. Lovely big hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. Cosy and plenty warm enough in doors. Cleaners regularly see working in the public areas. Rooms checked and towels replaced as required. Food was buffet style so good choice. The food was not piping hot but I don’t think that would be normal anyway. Went in the outdoor thermal pool which was delightful. There is an indoor pool but did not have time to explore the indoor facilities. Overall a great stay and hope to return.
