The hotel is really warm and nice. Staffs are amazing. Food is the best in pelling. Rooms were clean and spacious. Rates are quite affordable. Do visit this place with your family and friends. We really had a great time here. Every tourist attraction is nearby this hotel.

The hotel location is at right place with clear mountain view from balcony. The room is clean and service is fantastic. Best food was served during the breakfast as we had bf included ***** with room. Any food we ordered everything tasted the best. Best food, best location and service, it's just perfect to stay☺️☺️

The property is quite old with an average interior and limited views. Some rooms have partial marble flooring, which makes them feel quite cold. The food is decent, and the standout aspect is the hospitality of the staff, who are genuinely warm and accommodating. I would recommend this place only for an overnight stay if you're looking for a budget-friendly option.

Except the initial hiccups, which was managed by the stuff responsibly, everything was awesome. Was an excellent stay. Food quality was top notch. Service was prompt. The view from the room was also excellent although we were not lucky to see the range because of cloudy weather.

Excellent ambience, suite provided was too good. Few issues but negligible only with the amount of comfort given. People were courteous in attending to us. Quick in responding to queries and requests. Food was amazing, all the items served tasted really nice.

Visited on 4th October 24, with family to spend weekend. Room are clean, spacious with good ambience. Staff behaviour is very good with helping attitude. Foods at restaurant is good, complementary breakfast is awesome. Good place to hang out with family.

The stay was perfect. We stayed here for 2 days and on both days we had an amazing experience. The Vibe, courteous staff, superb chef prepared yummiest food for us. Rooms were very spacious, luxurious, neat and clean with an awesome view!!!!
