Good Hotel and good services. Special thanks to Ms. Nancy for assist in reservation and provide us good rooms as well. We stay here 17th - 18th March 2025, 2nights 2025, for sure we will stay here again. Very near to famous Church and very near to tourist attraction also. Thank You from Simyy Travels

food is super. and room also good but bathroom is very old staff are not friendly there is no soap, toothpaste, toothpaste,sampoo,tea powder we asked so many time but they will not give. but the food and restaurant also very good service and very neat.

Terrible situation in the room. Paint smell, rusted bathroom fittings, no items in minibar, no bathroom slippers, no drinking water after 1 hr delivered 1 bottle water, bathroom mirror light not working, no laundry service, due to painting work 1st day restaurant not functional and finally from 10pm to 7 am no room service! Totally horrible experience at Velankanni in my more than 20 trips.

Even found the bed bites spending that much amount for a room with no hygiene and even the bed bites worse wil never recommend to anyone

Not worth for money...I stayed with my family hot water not working well I booked twin bed he gives only single bed and one normal bed and pillow I’m not satisfied for that

We checked into the room at 12:00 pm but received a water bottle only at 3:30 pm after multiple follow-ups. The room was very dusty, and the provided towels looked old. The toilet cleanliness was not up to standard. We were unable to reach the restaurant staff by phone despite multiple attempts and had to contact the help desk each time. The refrigerator was not working, and there was no fan in the room. Additionally, we had to wait a long time to get hot water in the bathroom.

The facility is having poor maintanence and all the 3 rooms which we took is having black molds in the room and washroom especially wc area. The bed and mattress smells stingy and it was really an u pleasant syat

When I walked into the room, I was greeted by unwashed sheets and pillow covers. A quick call to the staff got me clean ones—but sadly, that's where the wins ended. The room itself? Straight out of a horror movie. Peeling walls, moldy pillows, and broken plumbing made it feel like I had checked into a ******* house. My "view" upon opening the door? A broken ceiling with a bucket catching rainwater. (At least the bucket wasn’t inside my room… small mercies.) The AC was particularly innovative—moss was growing out of it. Who needs a green wall when you have a green AC? Food was the only saving grace. It tasted good… when it eventually arrived. Two rotis and a veg kurma took over an hour—so long we joked it might be breakfast instead of dinner. The staff, bless their hearts, were polite, hardworking, and doing their best under impossible circumstances. It’s a management issue, not their fault. If the staff were running things, this place might stand a chance. One star, entirely for the staff. Management, please take notes—or at least take a good look at the moss-covered AC. I have got the pictures to prove it!

Average room. Needs improvement in cleanliness. Washrooms are not upto expectations. Bidets not working. Air condition issues.
