Terrible! The attitude of the owners is shocking! During our stay there was construction work going on and it interfered with our holiday! We were charged for the window blind that was 20cm off the rail! They ask for a deposit to prepare you breakfast, for the key to the safe, etc. Disgusting, black and unsightly place!

The place is owned by en elder couple and their son from Poland. Extremely unfriendly all 3 of them. I had to conduct my transaction with the Filipina daughter in law(she was very polite), I don't know how she got involved with these people. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor letting you stay there and watch your every move on and off the property(very nosy and appear to be seriously stingy)I've never experienced anything like this. I'm an American who has been in the Philippines 3 years. Very friendly country, however the 3 people I mentioned above don't belong in the Philippines. Also very noisy because of a live band from a restaurant across the street. If you are a lite sleeper, this place is definitely not for you!

It was meant to be an apartment we were renting but it's not what you think. So here goes. The water pressure having a shower is very weak. We end up having a better shower using the tap out the front of the "apartment" and a bucket/garbage bin. They have utensils and cooking pans but nothing to cook with. No gas cooker or stove. They have a toaster oven that I think was made in the 60s. You can't keep drinks cold as when you leave the apartment all appliances lose power. The air conditioning works great for the bedroom after 30 minutes, but no air con for the living room. The bed doesn't have a blanket. It has a sheet only, maybe we needed to pay extra for a blanket. The coffee table has sharp edges so please take with you a first aid kit. The fancy blue lights in the photos didn't work. The wifi is non responsive. We even have video of me trying hard to fix it with no luck. This place has potential to be great. But it's very much a nightmare. The price is well and truly way to expensive and is absolutely no value for money. Just giving an honest review. Oh yeah the location is not bad.
