Avoid this hotel at all costs. My elderly parents, exhausted after an 18-hour journey, accidentally entered their lobby, confused. They were only inside for 10-15 minutes. Instead of showing compassion, a rude staff member named Allam demanded ₹1000 from them. Despite explaining their tiredness and the honest mistake, he showed no empathy and charged them for absolutely nothing. This is pure exploitation of people.A shameful and disgusting practice. Stay away. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

It was a good experience overall. The hotel was exactly beside the Siliguri Junction Railway Station and just 50 metres from Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand. Stayed at the Deluxe room. Room was spacious. Had a double bed with bedside tables, TV, Split AC, dedicated work desk with a mid back revolving office chair, a small tea table with a single chair and a wall open stand for clothes. Rooms were very neat and clean with proper room service availed through intercom. The work desk was equipped with 2 750 ML packaged drinking water bottles, 1 coffee sachet, 1 sachet of milk powder, multiple tea bags, an electric kettle, jug and pair of drinking glasses. Washroom was neat and clean but lacking a little maintenance like the door lock now working hence had to use the bolts, shower pores were having little black stains, but the toiletries was not at all good, just a single sachet of clinic plus and a very small soap. I feel the hotel can improve on this part since the charge they are taking with that an expense amount of Rs 50/- or Rs 100/- is very much deserved. The provision of hot water is a centralised one and not specific to the room, hence had to face an issue where hot water was not coming and had to call reception and then upon hearing the same they switched it one. This was something that I feel they should keep it on as always just like any proper 3 star hotels.

Location is Perfect. Taxi Stand is exactly in front of the Hotel. Food Available 24 × 7. Staff is Always Present. Rooms are Clean and Amenities are present. It is much reccommemded.

Food nd sarvice is not bad but they switch off ac from reception and the wash basin pipe is leaking they ignored this problem I told their staff but no response
