Hotel is always fully booked as used to host illegal migrants. Genuine guests can't stay. This leads to a shortage of hotels in Stevenage for British people needing to stay there. This is an unacceptable situation. Ibis/AllAccor don't care about their customers who want to stay

Wonderful breakfast! and staff were just so friendly! Perfect little stay! Thank you! Beds were comfortable but the breakfast staff were just great! I would definitely recommend this place! I was on business!

Convenient for the station and Stevenage centre. In places, the hotel needs refurbishment - see photos. Room sound proofing is poor. One night an adjacent room was being intimate and playing music until 2am and another morning a TV alarm was playing for 30 minutes from 5am. The bathroom had no electric razor socket. A decent breakfast.

I had a good stay at the hotel. Personel that I've met were friendly and polite apart from the lady at the reception who seemed not bothered and miserable during my check in. The place is worn and outdated, definitelyin needs of refurbishment. The ladies from housekeeping are doing great job at keeping it clean and tidy.

I had a wonderful stay recently at Ibis. The service from start to finish was everything I expected and more, the beds were really comfortable, lovely hot shower. The breakfast in the morning served by Liz was brilliant! I have a few dietary requests but nothing was too much trouble. Look forward to going back.

I recently stayed here had a lovely stay, very clean. Nice quiet hotel in the middle of the town, prime location. The staff was very friendly and extremely attentive. Will definitely be saying at this hotel again!

Me and my partner went to a wedding nearby, and stayed here. Staff gave a very warm welcome. For the price, you get everything you need and a bit more, the bed was super comfy after a night of dancing. Breakfast was lovely. If in the area again, would definitely go back.

Tired despite a refurb and doesn’t feel hugely safe to stay here and arrive late at night due to having to park in a dinghy multi storey car park. Room was also full of flies? Breakfast was adequate. Staff weren’t all together clued up. Won’t be rushing back.

The hotel is quite safe as is the adjacent car park all our guests use and have done over the years. Unsure if your window was open and flies came in or flies were present on entry - so will check to ensure all vents are secured and windows are not left open. I am sorry you felt breakfast was only adequate, we are normally commended on our breakfast, so we will look into this. I would like to apologies you felt staff were not clued up and this is something I will have addressed straight away. I hope that you will find the above in consideration and do try us again in the future to see that we take on board feedback and make positive changes to enhance guest experiences.

Just come back after a night stay for business. The hotel is located near the train station and shops so an ideal location. The staff were amazing from start to finish and the bed was extremely comfy.

Easy to get to hotel, parking was very easy. Lovely clean room. The bed was very comfortable, which makes for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was great and staff are sociable and helpful. Excellent stay.
