As we are conveniently located in the centre of Newquay there are plenty of options just a few minutes walk away. For future visits, if you would prefer more space, we recommend booking one of our larger room types, which are available at a slightly higher rate.Regarding the noise at night, we are sorry that other guests were being noisy. We do provide the night porter’s contact number in every room. Should other guests be disruptive, our night team are always happy to assist if contacted. As for the hallway lights, these are motion-activated for safety reasons, and only switch on when movement is detected in the corridor.We’re glad to hear you enjoyed getting out for a couple of runs during your stay, and we do hope to have the chance to welcome you back again.Kind regards,

Our maintenance team have since checked the bunk bed and confirmed that it is completely safe. As it is a metal frame, it can make some noise when in use, but we’ll continue to monitor it to ensure guest comfort.We also understand that parking is very limited onsite, which is why we clearly state “no parking” online to make sure our guests are aware before arrival.
