Room: nice layout, comfortable

*issue with many house flies in the window- maintenance handled right away, offered to live us to another room but the room was great just needed to remove the flies.

Parking- Free, no problem finding parking

Breakfast- good and plentiful with hot and cold options

Staff- courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

Hotel under renovations but it did not impede our stay.

Awful On Every Level

Dirty room, no AC, no tv, falling apart. Extremely overpriced. How is this allowed in 2025. Had to move to another room and the only difference was it had a semi functional AC unit that literally vibrated the walls. Awful

The room was beautiful. Staff were welcoming and helpful. If I were to describe what I didnt like, I would mention the staff may have been too helpful. While sitting in the lobby I heard the desk clerk give out a room number to someone who said they had a friend staying at the hotel. I know its easy to give away that information but I would consider teaching the staff to call the room to confirm the guest is welcome. There is no elevator key card security for safety, anyone can go up. Front desk should ensure guest safety by calling the guest.

The service at the hotel was very good . Hotel next to highway....so very loud.

My biggest complaint is that I booked a room with a walk in shower because my wife just had surgery on her ankle and was on crushes. Not impressed that when we booked into Holiday Inn they had none available. NOT COOL!! NOT GOOD!! NOT IMPRESSED!!

I recently stayed at your property and feel compelled to express my disappointment with the condition of the room I was provided, especially considering the rate of $300 per night.

Upon entering the room, I noticed several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my stay:

The room appeared generally dilapidated.

The curtains and bed sheets had visible holes and stains.

The air conditioning unit rattled loudly, making it difficult to sleep.

Wallpaper was peeling from the walls.

The bathroom was not as clean as expected, and the sink was poorly positioned, leading to water constantly pooling on the counter.

For a room priced at this level, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, and upkeep. This experience did not align with the expectations set by your booking platform or reputation.

I hope you can understand my disappointment and kindly ask what steps can be taken to address this. I would appreciate either a partial refund or some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Not the worst, not the best.

Unfortunately our stay was sub par. There were black stains in one bed, burn holes or something in the sheets of the other. The freezer was quite dirty, also leaking into the fridge. At breakfast, the pancake machine was out of order, the hot food was cold, the fridg where the yogurt and milk etc shouldve been was broken so we had to ask. It seemed the air conditioning only worked in guest rooms, there was no a/c in any common area. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, all I got was "oh, that's unfortunate". This was not the response I was expecting, especially after showing the photos. This place needs some work.
