What an awesome place for us!! Room, staff, amenities ALL!! We were given top notch greetings and service for everything!! We’re looking forward to returning late spring early summer next year to this facility!! Convenient location for all family visits and things we love to see and do!! Our stay was perfect!! The little kitchen was certainly convenient as well as the coffee/snack room!! This place has it all!! Thank you!!

I walked into the lobby, and three staff members were in some sort of discussion at the front desk. I have no issue with this except no one even looked up to acknowledge me and say a quick hi. I checked in, but received an email from my CC an hour later and the total charge was over $100 more than my original booking price. Inquired next morning and was told there was a $100 incidental fee that would be removed when i left, and additional state fees. This should have been communicated to me at check in. Not a good experience at all.

All staff I interacted with were excellent! We really enjoyed our stay. Coffee every morning was nice. The room was spacious and clean, and the layout was perfect. Pet area was well-lit and in a convenient location.

Love that kitchen has everything you need (other than food & spices obviously lol) and that the hotel offers so many other amenities such as free laundry, grill, lending cupboard and more! Really love this place!

Room great condition and staff were awesome… my only complaint is that the bed was terribly hard and I woke up in pain every morning with a restless night. To me the most important part is the kind of sleep you get… and because the bed was so uncomfortable I will not make it a point to stay here again.

Nothing special. Room needs a serious facelift and so does the front desk hospitality. They are not friendly and careless about any needs or comfort.The manager is not friendly and I found her to be unpleasant and unprofessional. I guess she trained her staff to be a reflection of her.Awful!

Great quiet getaway.
I love staying here because it is really quiet every time. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was as clean as they come. My one issue was the bed was soooo hard, I ended up taking out the cushions of the couch to put on top of the bed so I could get to sleep. I’m sure they could have let me change rooms but I was already upgraded and didn’t want to risk losing that. I love that the full size refrigerator makes ice. They don’t charge for parking either. Which is a rare find these days.
