Friendly staff. Clean room & bed. Easy parking. Fridge in room made a lot of noise all night. No plant-based milk provided for breakfast coffee or cereal. There are many people who can't consume dairy, and also many who are vegan. Don't know if the bagels/breads were vegan, but there was only pb to put on them (for vegan option) and the only hot food that was not meat (x3) was potatoes. If nothing else, please provide a plant-based milk which are extremely easy to purchase these days (oat, almond, cashew, soy milk, etc.) Any of them would be appreciated.

There was no bar- part of the reason I booked this hotel is because it advertised a bar. It had construction items scattered throughout one of the halls on my wing. There was no sign on my hotel door to indicate I did not want housekeeping, and preferred privacy. Someone came and knocked on my door for housekeeping at an early hour with a male voice and it was unsettling. I was a single female in a lobby full of men when I checked in the person on check-in was very kind, but announced my room number out loud in front of all the men in that lobby, which caused me to feel incredibly unsafe. Anytime a female checks in a hotel, it should be not to announce the hotel room out loud unless it is asked by them.
Lastly, the staff serving at the check in desk and in the breakfast area were very kind and excellent overall. Unfortunately one of the managers or the hotel owner was walking around the hotel lobby at night, and in the breakfast area the next morning in bare feet. It felt unsanitary and strange. I was left with the confidence that I had picked the wrong hotel as a single female to stay in, despite liking the hotel chain and the staff personalities.

Friendly staff, but needs to be cleaner
Each staff member I encountered was very nice!! Friendly and respectful. Our room was generally okay, but really really needs a deep cleaning- not just surface dust.

Parking was easy. Check in was easy. My issue was that the room was dirty. There were empty drink bottles under the bed, food, candy wrappers. The carpet felt gross. It looked like someone had been on one of the beds. Sheets had some stains. I checked out early. The hotel would not refund me stating that because I "booked with *******" they couldn't do anything. They did offer another room but my friends room was just as bad so I the gave up the cost of a night. Poor excuse on the hotels part. I'm not sure if that was true but I will think twice about booking through a travel site in the future.

Not one but TWO rooms were dirty: mold, grungy showers, spotty mirrors, dirty sinks, dirty sock under the bed. Moved from one room to another because of obnoxious screaming-at-0230 neighbors the staff knew about but did nothing. Saw cleaning staff storing their food (muffin, fruit) directly on the "clean" linens on their cart, notified the desk, and saw the same thing again the next day--clearly no action had been taken. Torn and stained box spring covers. Water damage. Malfunctioning hvac unit. Fridge not plugged in upon arrival. Desk staff used phrases like "under renovation" and "under new management" to excuse a lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance. Never seen a Holiday Inn Express like this, and I hope we never will again.

酒店急需翻新,因为暖气太差,我们不得不洗了两天冷水澡,最后一天回新泽西州纽瓦克的路上和飞机上,电梯坏了,我们不得不提着行李下三层楼梯,一共五个很重的行李,真不好。
他们给我们安排的第一个房间里有建筑梯子、水桶,地板上还有一丝污垢。第二个房间,钥匙不能用。前一位客人的剃须刀盖还留在梳妆台上。水槽没有清洗干净。酒店在晚上 11:54 发了一条短信。暖气/空调声音太大,影响睡眠。
我本来想在这里睡个好觉,然后第二天早上再上路,继续开一整天的车。我的房间离大堂很近,我觉得这样很方便。但是整晚都有摇滚音乐在播放。我以为是隔壁房间传来的,但当我早上起床,把头探出房门时,我惊讶地发现音乐是从大堂传来的。安静的环境永远不会让别人疏远。我认为这是酒店业 101 的基本要求。我一夜没睡。我再也不会住那里了。还有很多其他的选择。

我们在房间里的 Keurig 咖啡机里煮了一些咖啡,Keurig 咖啡机的篮子里有蟑螂。前一天晚上我们已经在墙上杀死了一只蟑螂。
