I was in OKC due to my sister being on life support at the medical center. The hotel was located a short distance from the hospital. The social hour in the lobby that evening was welcoming and just what I needed. The next morning, breakfast was great, everything was fresh and the coffee was top notch. The room was perfect. Super clean and cozy.

Close to OU Med Center. Parking is easy. All staff has been friendly and helpful. They seem to enjoy their jobs. Rooms are nice and have refrigerators and microwaves.

The only complaint I have is that I asked for an accessible room due to limited mobility. My room is at the extreme opposite end of the hall from the elevators. The handicapped rooms should be closest to the elevator not so far away. The only parking was on the opposite end so an already pained person had to walk nearly the entire length of the building to get to my room.

They charge $20 per night to park in a surface lot and claim it is because all hotels downtown charge for parking. This property is downtown, but it isn’t close to anything. Had I know ahead of time they charge for parking I would not have stayed here. Will never stay at this location again.

Check in was smooth. Took advantage of the complimentary adult beverage. Nice breakfast offered. Pleasent overnight stay.

Scarce food options during day. Had watered down fruit water but that was it. Cookies and other snacks like what is available at other hotels was expected Parking costs then stated no responsible. Close to medical, that was nice. Couldn’t answer questions on how to get to places. I felt was not reasonable cost for the value.
