The property has two buildings, they showed new building but have me room in old building whose rooms were pathetic, smelly, seepage all around, bad stain in bed linen. Upon my request to refund, they finally shifted me to new building. It seems to be their strategy.

I recently stayed at r. K residency and had a not so bad experience. The room was small and compact for two people two stay for a night and the staff were helpful and kind during our stay in rk residency. The hotel’s location was showing close by to the railway station and close to avinashi road where the function hall was but it was quite far from the function hall it took me almost 30 min to reach and was quite far the main reason for me to select rk residency was because it showed the location was close to the fiction hall in avinashi road. Overall, i found the stay to be expensive and not worth the money spent. Need to provide proper location, make the room tariffs reasonable. Also provide dining (meal) options.

Room is good, but hotel is an old property, needs renovations, food was good in the restaurant, huge parking place.

Hotel is short on staff. Most existing staff seem untrained more like college interns. While infra is good, maintenance is poor

I had a great stay! The hotel was impeccably clean and the location is fantastic, with easy access to key spots in the city, making it very convenient for travelers. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Worst stay in my lifetime, even the car park security treats customer as if he is paying us salary. Rooms are really bad, all the pathway is full of empty liquor bottles and only 2 staffs working for whole three star rated hotel, noisy, dirty, paid almost 4000 and i checked in at 9 pm and checked out at 6 am. Terrible experience
