Had a very pleasant stay at Quality Inn Regency, Nashik. The service was excellent, and the rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained. In-room dining was good in terms of quality, though slightly on the expensive side. A special mention to the restaurant team — I arrived late for breakfast around 11 AM, even though the breakfast counter had closed at 10 AM. Despite this, the staff was extremely courteous and accommodating and happily offered me breakfast options of my choice. Overall, it’s a very good hotel for a comfortable stay in Nashik, with warm hospitality and great service. Would definitely recommend it.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn Regency and would like to share my experience. • Staff: The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. • Food: The food was good and met expectations. However, I must express my disappointment with the behaviour of the manager, Vinod. Unfortunately, Vinod came across as judgemental and arrogant, which made me feel less like a valued guest and more like a liability. This attitude significantly impacted the overall experience and does not reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel. I hope this feedback helps improve guest relations in the future.

Good rooms , Good sevice . Hot water arrangement in bathroom shower and tap & wash basin is excellent. No need to wait, instantly hot water is accessible !!!

I had a disappointing experience at Quality Inn Regency in Nashik. I checked in on November 4, 2025, 11 p.m and stayed for a day in two rooms. Despite completing all formalities,I requested a simple exchange of the complimentary water bottle for a chilled one, which the receptionist refused, even arguing with me. I had to escalate the issue to the hotel manager, and it took an hour for cold water to be provided. *Key Issues:* - *Reception Service*: The staff seemed uncooperative and unwilling to accommodate a simple request. - *Communication*: The receptionist's behavior was argumentative, which added to the frustration. - *Problem Resolution*: The issue was eventually resolved, but it required involving the hotel manager and took considerable time. If we planning to stay in Nashik again, we might want to explore other options. There are many hotels that prioritize guest satisfaction and may offer a better experience. Anuj jain

We are very happy with hospitality of each and every staff of the Quality inn. Receptionist , canteen fascility is fantastic . Housekeeping team all 3 ,especially Sandip ,Seema and ritesh are very obedient and providing good service. Mr brij is very nice and cool guys Laundry need to be improved and if possible car washing aarangment can be availed at least once in a week for long staying customers. Thank you.

Stay was good hotel is good but have one bad experience regarding false commitment and wrong extra charges. I had check in on 1st of June and it double occupancy room was issued to me. I stay with my wife and two kids. During check in it was communicated i will get king size bad by 2 days it we have to suffer for 4 days. Then no extra bedding mattress was provided to me but charges was claimed in the bill. So it is requested pl look into matter and take appropriate steps. Thank you

Rooms are neat and clean with great bathrooms. Food in restaurant is great, no spice can easily eat with children. Great service. Special mention to Pragathi who served us dinner in restaurant promptly with attention to our special requests. Thank you for the great stay experience!

We stayed at this property amazing experience, the staff is very humble the check-in process was good rooms are comfortable, and the food is exceptional, this was the first time we stayed in this Hotel highly recommendable to friends and family.
