I have stayed in hotel wow for many times now, and honestly it just feels like comfort at this point. The vibe is just so cute, staff is super cute, and the rooms are always clean and spacious- zero complaints seriously! But the real highlight ‐ chef vinay, he deserves a special mention because he genuinely makes the dining experience unforgettable. Every dish he prepares feels thoughtful and full of flavours. He truly puts his heart and soul to every dish to make perfect. One can actually taste the effort and passion he puts i ti his cooking and that's what makes meals here feels so comforting

健身房的使用也同样令人沮丧——没有单独的门禁卡就无法进入,每次都需要向前台索取。
房间质量与清洁:
房间很小,通风不良,浴室也没有排气扇。洗完澡后,房间变得又热又潮湿,即使是短暂停留也让人感到不适。客房电话几乎不工作,也没有清晰的指示如何联系特定服务。即使电话打通了,响应也常常被延迟。
隐私问题:
最令人担忧的是一次隐私侵犯:在我准备时,一名工作人员用万能钥匙进入了房间,声称门铃没人应答。这还是在知道房间里有宠物的情况下。完全不可接受。
餐饮:
早餐自助餐种类有限,而且结束得很早(上午10:00-10:30)。没有客房送餐服务,而且食物的整体质量也很一般。酒吧晚上10:30就关门了,对于这种级别的酒店来说实在太早了。
客房送餐服务也同样令人失望。用餐后,我们像大多数酒店一样把餐盘放在门外。令人震惊的是,它们一直放在那里直到第二天。工作人员路过好几次,但都没有收走。我们不得不打电话给客房服务才把它们收走——我们还看到其他房间外也有类似的被忽视的餐盘。
退房及其他:
退房过程一片混乱。我们前面的一位客人正在与工作人员争论糟糕的服务,导致延迟了30分钟。轮到我时,我被转到另一个柜台,因为那位工作人员没有权限办理退房。
我曾随意询问过水疗中心,并提到如果时间允许可能会预订。第二天,水疗团队多次致电损坏的客房电话,然后又给我的私人号码打了三次电话。这让人感到咄咄逼人且侵扰。
宠物体验:
我的猫过得很糟糕。房间对宠物来说既闷又不舒服。酒店每天收取房费近35%作为宠物费,但却没有提供任何宠物友好的设施或区域——只有一个基本的房间,仅此而已。我不介意支付额外费用,但这种缺乏努力使得这项收费显得不合理。
我以前住过万豪和丽笙酒店,两者之间简直是天壤之别。它们提供卓越的服务、舒适度和专业性——这些都是这家酒店所缺乏的。
尽管这家酒店是印多尔最昂贵、最知名的酒店之一,但它几乎在各个方面都表现不佳。如果您正在寻找一次无压力、管理良好的住宿体验,请另寻他处。
