Staff are great, rooms are clean and tidy. I normally stay at Dynasty Grande which is 2 doors down but thought I would give this place a go. I am happy with my choice and don't regret it. Stayed in room 2321. *** LIVING AREA *** 2 seater sofa with chaise is nice and comfy and can easily be used as a bed. 32" TV is an older model and has no USB input which sucks for me as I had some movies I wanted to watch, no problem there's always the laptop. Curtains block out the sun really well. There is a writing table next to the sofa with 2 power points in close proximity (laptop and phone plugged in) and a phone for your room service needs. *** BEDROOM *** Lockable door. Big bed, firmness of mattress was a medium to firm. Quilt is a feather down and also the 4 pillows provided, there was another pillow in the closet which was a little bit firmer. Plenty of space for your clothes as there are 2 closets, one for hanging your shirts and whatnot and another with shelves. TV unit at the end of the bed with the same 32" TV as in the living room. Another writing table next to bed. *** BATHROOM *** En-suite and features a stand-alone shower and bathtub+shower combo (first time I've seen this setup in a hotel). Vanity, dental & shaving kits provided along with your regular soaps and shampoos. Water pressure is fantastic and hot water takes no time to come on. *** MISC *** Kitchen has normal fridge, sink, stove, microwave and kettle. A/C unit in each room, works great! Practical locations for power points. Master switch panel in bedroom which controls all lights and a/c controls for each room. Safe in bedroom closet.
