房间很干净,酒店地处安静祥和的区域。然而,虽然我没有预订残疾人客房,酒店还是给我安排了一间。如果不是因为一些小问题,这间客房还算不错。房间没有地毯(我不确定这在残疾人客房中是否常见),浴缸里有两个淋浴间,但主淋浴间不太好用——没有热水。此外,这间客房与隔壁房间相连,门的隔音效果不佳。凌晨两点,我被隔壁房间的嘈杂音乐吵醒,之后一直睡不着。最终,我不得不在凌晨四点打电话给前台,要求他们解决这个问题。
我们住过很多希尔顿酒店,但这家Tru酒店让我们重新考虑是否还要再住希尔顿。这显然只是一家“翻新”过的老酒店(这个词用得比较宽泛),楼上的大厅和房间弥漫着陈年烟味和霉味,空调坏了,还有一股怪味,电梯旁的毯子上还有看起来像尿渍和血迹的天花板。希尔顿,拜托,你是想毁了自己的名声吗?!??
尽管我在 2 月 5 日已经通过 ******** 支付了 160.47 美元,但我还是被收取了额外一晚的住宿费。2 月 6 日,我的 Truist 借记账户被多收了 142.16 美元的一晚费用。
