Even the evening meals were memorable. The ambiance is peaceful—away from the bustle, yet perfectly accessible. We had a wonderful stay at Triose Hotel this weekend. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a very relaxing ambience. Our room was comfortable, the surroundings were peaceful, and the entire place felt welcoming. The service quality was genuinely good — the staff was attentive, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we enjoyed a lot and had great fun. A lovely property for a refreshing getaway! Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel with all amenities and a wonderful staff. It is perfectly safe for solo women travellers too. Room - The rooms are spacious and have all amenities. They are well maintained too. The bed and pillows are comfortable. They even have an iron and ironing board in the room which was a nice perk. Bathroom - It was clean & again, well maintained. The taps had good water pressure & the geyser worked great. They provided toiletries + other essentials like a shower cap & a basic vanity kit. The towels were soft, fluffy, clean. Surroundings - The hotel faces lovely fields and you get a sprawling green view from the window. They have a pool (clean & maintained during my visit), a small game zone, and a few books for reading. There is a mall connected to the hotel which has a theatre. Staff - All members of the hotel were very warm and hospitable. There was no negative experience. There was a room issue post check-in and on highlighting the same, the front-desk manager promptly changed the room. He even followed up after sometime asking if the new room was satisfactory. Even the housekeeping members were warm and helpful. Wonderful hospitality. Restaurant - The hotel does not have its own restaurant within the premises but serves food from the restaurant within the adjoining mall. However, they do serve breakfast and it's a sumptuous spread! They even have live counters for dosas, sandwiches, and eggs apart from the standard buffet. The food is lipsmacking. Even the high-tea was really good. Extras - The hotel is about 1.5km from the hustle and bustle of the main Lonavala road making it quiet enough to enjoy but convenient enough to visit the main market for shopping or eating. Lonavala lake is close by and offers a beautiful sunset. Areas of improvement - These are really minor but could definitely enrich the experience. 1. WiFi - There were multiple WiFi issues and as the hotel does not have very good network, this could hinder the experience. 2. Watery milk - The only negative during the breakfast was that the hot milk provided for tea was very, very watery. Not sure why as the tea provided ***** with the afternoon snacks was pretty good. 3. Room confusion - Like I mentioned previously, the room assigned initially was slightly different from the pics in the booking. It had a deck and not a sit-out balcony. However, the staff was very courteous and did change the room once they were informed. Overall, a brilliant hotel and one I'll definitely be visiting again.

Nice hotel, staff is very friendly… Rakesh has been very polite and humble. Food is good. Clean room and nice ambience. Peaceful location. We had a good time in Lonavala.

Stay Away — More Focused on Humiliating Guests Than Hospitality This hotel clearly spends more effort writing long, defensive replies to negative reviews than actually fixing the issues. Instead of addressing feedback professionally, their team goes out of its way to discredit guests, mock them, and question if they even stayed — all in public view. During our stay, we experienced poor room conditions (damp smell, no basic amenities), an unsafe pool area, and unhelpful staff. But what shocked us more was their team’s obsession with “rebutting” guests online — often with sarcasm, personal attacks, and outright contradictions. This is not a hotel trying to improve — it’s a hotel trying to silence criticism. The arrogance and hostility in their replies speak louder than any ratings. Avoid unless you enjoy being gaslit and humiliated after a bad stay.

Amazing Stay!

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly cooperative and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The property was spotless and well-maintained. The food was delicious with a great variety to choose from. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and there were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. Overall, an excellent stay — highly recommended!
