However, we would like to clarify the situation based on our records.The reservation for Room 1107 (25–28 January 2026) was confirmed for 2 guests only, including breakfast for 2 persons. During the stay, our team observed and later confirmed that 4 guests stayed in the room for the entire period, despite prior information that only 2 guests would stay overnight.On the morning of check-out, the additional guests accessed the breakfast area without presenting breakfast coupons and informed our restaurant staff that they were staying in Room 1107 with a total of 4 guests. CCTV review later confirmed that all 4 guests stayed overnight, not only during daytime as previously stated.As the number of guests and breakfast usage exceeded the reservation, the hotel applied an Extra Person charge for 2 additional guests for 3 nights (THB 4,800) in accordance with hotel policy. The charge was fully explained, settled before departure, and an official receipt was issued.We regret any dissatisfaction regarding service and facilities and appreciate your feedback, which we will use to improve our service standards.Sincerely,Hotel Management
