the room provided was okay, spacious, but it was cold as it's December. they provided a tiny heater, which was not helpful in making the room comfortable. there were no facilities for a spa and resort in the hotel. There were no toiletries available, and the washroom does not have a separate or partitioned bathing area. The food was okay, not so good.

Good vibe and hospitality. Scope of improvement on cleanliness. No lift facility. Nice view and spacious room. On a hill top location. Peaceful and noise level was low.

My experience at Mount was awesome..Friendly staff,lovely view,hospitality 10/10,the road is not well maintained though others everything was perfect....Thankyou will visit again..........

Had a great time at Queen's with my family.... beautiful views from the room 🤗🤗 . Receptionist were so helpful and approachable....all the staff were was with smiley faces...

First impression: reached at night and had to walk up the steep hill with our bags and kids wasn't the best impression. However, when we reached the receptionist we were nice and hospitable. We checked in and when we lifted the mattress we saw some hairs still in the bed. We realized the sheets werent changed! They just remade the bed with the previous clients bedsheets! More hairs inside and on pillows. We told them to change and they did, but sadly some of our friends sheets could not be changed that night. Linens need an urgent upgrade, we couldn't use their towels. The facility is good if maintained well, sadly maintenance is something they need to really work on. Feel sorry for the Plants on the balcony which were dried and almost dying. Need to water then at least. Breakfast and food are okay. The best part is they serve with a smile so, it compensates somehow. Staff are nice and attend to needs when asked for, hospitable so a plus for the staff. The ground floor conference hall is really sad! I hope they clean their windows and doors at least. It doesn't suit the hotel at all. It's just too dirty to be called a conference hall. I hope the management team takes this positively and attends to a few of the ingredients observed comments . Need serious maintenance as the property is really well built and pretty. Linens need urgent new ones like bedsheets and rooms that need to be cleaned well. Spider webs in the rooms don't look premium. Side frames need a clean as well.

We visited this hotel on 3rd October ; room,foods & ambience of the hotel satisfied us; one could expect all these amenities from a standard hotel but l am writing this review to express my gratitude & thankfulness to the staffs of that hotel for their humanitarian behaviour; on 4th October evening there was a cloudburst & that caused landslide in many places & loss of lives ; all the roads leading to Siliguri were blocked; we all got nervous & could not understand what to do;Mr Dipan Saha ( Manage of the hotel) tried his best for a safe escape & we could reach Siliguri via Tingling & Kutum, a steep forest road which was unknown to many of us.We reached home safely…

The hotel location is excellent giving a great view of the Mirik Lake. The last approach road to the hotel is very narrow and steep, hence might be a challenge for new drivers. We booked 2 lake facing premium rooms(103 and 105) and 1 junior suite(108) with balcony. Rooms were quite spacious and the junior suite views were amazing. There are a lot of glass panes which gives a great view of the lake.However, washrooms in premium rooms(103 and 105) were stinky. It was always wet also thereby pointing to a wider issue. We had to spray deos before using the washroom. A big letdown. Breakfast spread was decent but the service is underwhelming.The first day we went to have breakfast around 10:15am(timing is till 10:30am) and most of the items were finished without any refill. We could only get puri sabzi and omlette(not boiled eggs) which was another letdown. We went earlier on the 2nd day around 9:45am and the items were there. However, the upma was tasteless and the items took quite some time to refill. The service in the hotel is pathetic. The staff is ever smiling but it seems they dont have any standard operating protocol or they are severely understaffed. Some baffling examples which you get in even 500 rs homestays. 1) Room cleaning was done but fresh towels were not provided. No refill on water, tea,coffee sachets either. We had to insist to get 2 towels(3rd one for the kid never arrived despite requesting multiple times on both days).Reply was there was towel shortage. This is inexplicable when you pay 7000rs/night. 2)We had dinner in our rooms. Soiled plates were not cleared even at 11am the next morning. Monkeys had come and made the place very dirty. Called the reception but they were unreachable. After multiple attempts, the plates was cleared and it took another couple of hours to clear the mess. 3)No intercoms in rooms and even the reception mobile number provided was not reachable on multiple occasions(for e.g - when monkeys had arrived in the balcony as stated above). 4)Now comes the most hilarious part. All the rooms had TVs but there was nothing to view since the service was discontinued.The kids wanted to watch some programs but as I said, a horrendous feeling when you pay 7000 rs/night. To summarize, great location, good rooms(with stinking washrooms) and very poor service(although the staff was polite and smiling). The management needs to take a hard look at this and change for the better. We left really underwhelmed and also the notion that premium pricing does guarantee a great experience is not aways true. Avoid this place if you want a stress free holiday experience.
