This is one of the best resort I have ever visited in Manali. I came with my wife and friends and they enjoyed a lot. The gaming area and gym was great. We had a full body massage also and it was also a great experience. Thanks SVR for making our stay super safe and amazing.

It was a very memorable experience. The location of the resort is excellent and we could enjoy the snow covered mountain views from our balcony. The entire staff from junior most to senior most made sure we were comfortable, and I thank them for the same.

I stayed in presidential suite Location is premium and atmosphere is cozy and comfortable rooms are clean well maitained. Value for money. Noise levels are minimal very peaceful. Services are on point they have pool table tenis carrom and gym. They provided me with a guitar to play. Added cherry on the cake

Hotel is too much money minded. When u check in, first they want full payment for your stay, without this, you can't go to room. They have no value, how difficult you reached there. Otherwise staff is very nice and good. If you said, i pay in sometime than there staff will follow you in your room, till you paid fully.

Foul smelling bathrooms, rooms in rundown conditions. On top of that hotel staff Ms. Anita at the reception is not ready to listen to problems, let alone address them. Highly unprofessional conduct from the lady.

An excellent experience. All arrangements were great, services prompt and efficient. Mr. Peter was very courteous and managed our GRC meeting, consisting of nearly 150 persons, with great competence. I would specifically like to mention Mr. Arun's services throughout our presentation sessions. He was always there, anticipating the needs of mikes, speakers, and other auditorium accessories. Overall a superb stay.

Romantic and luxury resort with views of Solang valley. Offering awesome services to the guests. Italian restaurant is good. Overall food is also good. Arrange good cultural evening and on request service. Swimming pool is not available - disadvantage. Rooms and bathrooms need makeover.
