I was in town for a horse show at the American Royal Complex. I was concerned about finding a safe, clean and affordable hotel in the area but this one checked all the boxes. It was a 10 minute, hassle free drive to the American Royal Complex.
Check in/Check out was fast, simple and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
The parking was well lit, camera monitored and easy to navigate. Best of all, it was INCLUDED in the price!
The hotel was secure, clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice beds, pillows, linens and shower. I was pleasantly surprised by the super functional kitchenette and sitting area space. The room was great!
The coffee and breakfast were very good and was INCLUDED in the price.
I found this hotel to be exceptional for my stay.

We had an issue with our booking the night before our stay. The manager worked with us and we were able to stay in the room we had planned. I feel the room could have been cleaner. I personally get grossed out if I see hair and I did. Other than that the staff was great!

Great HOTEL
The room was nice and spacious. It was really nice having a kitchen. The only issue with cleanliness was there was a hairball under the bathroom pocket door. The kitchen sink and bathroom sink didn't have hot water but it was fine since the shower had plenty of hot water. It was really nice having the kitchen utensils, microwave and full refrigerator.

The elevator smelled like week, I went in there with my husband, 18 month old and 6 week old and we immediately got out and told the front desk. Took the other elevator and our floor smelled like ****, better yet, reeked of ****

Hotel wasnt quite what we expected for the money but was in good location for us by hospital. Beds were pretty uncomfortable and breakfast wasnt anything to talk about, but overall the hotel was decent and clean.They need to replace the mattresses, they were pretty worn in our room. Was a little noisey in room next to us and above, but not unbearable. I would probably stay again if needed but for less money a night. The staff was friendly!
