酒店服务彬彬有礼，出入有捷运，对面有商场，地下城有廉价按摩，吃喝包括购物有Lotus。在酒店餐厅用中华料理，味道鲜美可口。

订的豪华天际房，到了前台直接给降级到豪华房，无任何说法，14楼的矮楼层噪音很大，摩托车轰鸣声无法入睡，窗户玻璃基本无隔音
这是一家非常舒适宜人的酒店。
作为日本人，有温泉真的太棒了。所有员工都非常出色，让我的住宿体验非常愉快。
周边有购物中心，步行即可到达的夜市，乘坐地铁或Grab出行也很方便。酒店后面的当地居民区也很好，有很多美味的餐厅和咖啡馆。
我下次还会再来住的。
1) 地理位置不错，但酒店很老旧。
2) 2600多泰铢的价格，房间却非常过时。
3) 床边根本没地方给手机充电，除非你把充电器放在书桌上。天哪！
4) 电视小得可怜，这可是Avani的酒店啊。
5) 老式浴室 = 站在浴缸里淋浴。
6) 每间房每天只提供2瓶瓶装水。
如果你打电话要求多要几瓶，他们会说“不不不！您无权获得额外的瓶装水！”
这种情况下，前台应该提醒客人，如果需要额外的瓶装水，需要自费购买。
选择这家酒店主要是因为它地理位置优越。前往曼谷机场非常方便，乘坐地铁一站即可到达Makasan站，再搭乘火车22分钟就能到机场。行政客房还可以，可能装修过，但房间面积偏小。早餐很不错，咖啡是我住过的酒店里最好的之一。酒店前面，正对着商场那边的房间视野很好，但是隔音效果不佳，晚上肯定会听到交通噪音。背面（应该）会安静一些。酒店与Fortune商场相连，非常方便。
平时不怎么评价。这家酒店从三年前开始follow只要来曼谷就住这家。宾馆楼下平价按摩，市民超市，应有尽有。对面类似万象城的shopping mall 一应俱全。 m线blueline 出口上来 50米就到酒店入口。去机场附近高速公路口上高速不会堵车烦恼。
每次入住都有不同惊喜，免费升级房型，酒店人员特别的热情。当然不能和一两千的品牌五星酒店相比，400-600的价格这个水准来说性价比可以了。大爱大赞！！！
房间很干净，工作人员总是面带微笑，服务迅速，每个部门都很棒。房间视野很好，窗户很大，一点也不觉得压抑。早餐美味丰盛，还有冰淇淋。浴室门锁上后有点难打开。电视放得有点低，导致遥控器不太好按。床很软很舒服，枕头也刚刚好。
我真的超爱这家酒店！
自从2013年它还叫曼谷财富美居酒店（Grand Mercure Fortune Hotel）的时候，我每次来曼谷都会住在这里。
它交通超级便利，离地铁站和购物中心都很近，出行非常方便。
酒店员工也都很友善热情。这次入住恰好赶上我的生日，房间里竟然有惊喜的生日布置，我真的太感动了！
酒店的一切都符合我的预期。每次来曼谷，这里绝对是我放松身心的首选之地。
房间又湿又潮，烟味很重，还有一股霉味。清洁度有待提高。不过床单是干净的。但最重要的是有臭虫！之前也有人提到这家酒店有臭虫。我们好像没被咬（也不确定）。早上我在窗帘上发现了臭虫（有图为证）。前台很快就同意取消我们后续几天的预订，感觉他们早就知道臭虫的问题了。现在谁能保证臭虫不会爬进我们的行李箱呢？
