刚到西西里，我身体有点不舒服。酒店员工超级给力，帮我联系医生、做翻译，还协助我拿到了药。这次经历让我真正感受到了宾至如归，多亏了他们的友善和热情，我才得以开启一个美好的旅程。
一家经过精心翻修的酒店，保留了旧式风格，完美地坐落在卡塔尼亚市中心的老城区。
所有员工的英语都说得非常好，房间是楼上楼下的复式结构，非常舒适，带有一个华丽的套间浴室。
美妙的景色，绝佳的地理位置，屋顶餐厅和酒吧非常棒，既有室内座位也有室外座位，这真是太好了，因为我住的那几天晚上天气相当冷。
房间设置合理，适合两个大人带一个大孩子，酒店很细心，提前铺好了沙发折叠床。早餐不错，有两个餐厅可选择。酒店位置好，出门就是步行街，吃饭购物很方便。员工服务挺好的，英语带点意大利口音，但他们会很耐心地给你讲，一直讲到你明白。
地理位置绝佳，就在enta大道上，机场过来alibus能直达，司机很友善，他会告诉你正确的站（google地图不准）。这片感觉就是整个卡塔尼亚最安全最繁华的区域了，去哪里都还挺方便的，楼顶餐厅还能看到enta火山，推荐~
很棒的酒店！入住办理高效，房间一尘不染，洗漱用品和毛巾等一应俱全。酒店地理位置优越，介于历史街区和优美的公园之间，周围酒吧和餐馆林立。特别要提的是早餐团队，他们每天都非常友善，而且总是忙碌不停。
卡塔尼亚是个充满活力的城市，这家酒店真的让我们的旅程锦上添花。
这么多年最差的体验，这是第一次用携程积分换“免费”房间。看来免费无好货。昨天抵达，叫Uber送去酒店，Black Uber司机拒绝送门口，才发现酒店位于步行区。没办法，只好推着很重的行李顶着35度高温艳阳步行进酒店。
今天结账离开，让酒店帮忙叫出租车送去机场。打了很长时间电话，没有出租车来（估计跟禁行区相关）。这时，酒店叫了一辆黑车，这辆车可以开进步行区。
不管怎样，赶飞机要紧。跟司机说去Terminal C，司机欺负我是游客，把我放在 Terminal A.，车资35欧元。我给50欧元现金，需要找回15欧元。司机说没零钱，让我跟着他去咖啡店找零。机场人山人海，跟着跟着司机就“失踪”了……
