我们在这家酒店住得很愉快。地理位置很棒，早餐也不错，员工都非常友好。唯一的缺点是酒店隔音效果不太好，能听到隔壁房间的淋浴声，导致我们一大早就被吵醒了。
我和丈夫预订了两晚。酒店非常好。就像斯里兰卡的所有人一样，这里的工作人员非常友善。早餐的食物种类丰富且美味。除晚餐外，一切都是自助的。在这里我们找到了意大利浓缩咖啡，非常好喝，房间很干净，床又舒适又大！尽管我每天早晨醒来都会发现新的疼痛......唯一的缺点是晚上外面有很多噪音，如果窗户隔音的话可能会更好。
Mahish 是个好服务员。这个地方很不错。价格有点偏向旅游者，但还不错！我只喝了一杯咖啡，但是这个地方非常好。 厕所很干净。 为 Trip Advisor 写 200 个字符比较复杂，所以我正在添加单词。
我们抱怨了第一个房间——一股浓重的霉味，而且只能看到混凝土井道——之后很快就换了个房间。可惜的是，房间几乎没有什么亮点：我们不得不单独要毛巾（只有两条浴巾，一条都没擦脸）。新房间至少好一点，但空间太小，而且空调也散发出一股浓重的霉味。泳池还行。然而，工作人员不像我们在斯里兰卡其他酒店遇到的那样友好。你只是以客人的身份入住，还好……仅此而已。我们在这里住了两晚，但我们不会再预订，也不会推荐给任何人。
我们在餐厅吃饭，食物很美味。为我们服务的服务员纳拉卡非常细心，因为我的伴侣有乳糖不耐症。他让我们一切都变得轻松。他很可爱。食物一切都很美味，有很多选择。
我们住在一家酒店。如果您想在埃拉找一间不潮湿的房间，强烈建议您预订酒店。酒店的早餐非常棒，种类丰富。纳拉卡非常细心周到。
酒店地理位置优越，餐厅非常棒，服务也无可挑剔。我们的服务员纳拉卡总是随叫随到，乐于助人。我强烈推荐这家酒店。
位于埃拉市中心。酒店舒适，家庭房非常宽敞（我们和三个女儿一起住在这里）。员工的友好态度尤其令人印象深刻。为了我女儿的生日，酒店特意准备了一个生日蛋糕送给她。真是贴心的惊喜！
在这家餐厅度过了美好的时光，圣诞自助餐种类丰富，而且服务员非常热情友好，谢谢 NALAKA！
