我们在这家酒店住得很愉快。地理位置很棒,早餐也不错,员工都非常友好。唯一的缺点是酒店隔音效果不太好,能听到隔壁房间的淋浴声,导致我们一大早就被吵醒了。
我和丈夫预订了两晚。酒店非常好。就像斯里兰卡的所有人一样,这里的工作人员非常友善。早餐的食物种类丰富且美味。除晚餐外,一切都是自助的。在这里我们找到了意大利浓缩咖啡,非常好喝,房间很干净,床又舒适又大!尽管我每天早晨醒来都会发现新的疼痛......唯一的缺点是晚上外面有很多噪音,如果窗户隔音的话可能会更好。
Mahish 是个好服务员。这个地方很不错。价格有点偏向旅游者,但还不错!我只喝了一杯咖啡,但是这个地方非常好。 厕所很干净。 为 Trip Advisor 写 200 个字符比较复杂,所以我正在添加单词。
我们抱怨了第一个房间——一股浓重的霉味,而且只能看到混凝土井道——之后很快就换了个房间。可惜的是,房间几乎没有什么亮点:我们不得不单独要毛巾(只有两条浴巾,一条都没擦脸)。新房间至少好一点,但空间太小,而且空调也散发出一股浓重的霉味。泳池还行。然而,工作人员不像我们在斯里兰卡其他酒店遇到的那样友好。你只是以客人的身份入住,还好……仅此而已。我们在这里住了两晚,但我们不会再预订,也不会推荐给任何人。
我们在餐厅吃饭,食物很美味。为我们服务的服务员纳拉卡非常细心,因为我的伴侣有乳糖不耐症。他让我们一切都变得轻松。他很可爱。食物一切都很美味,有很多选择。
我们住在一家酒店。如果您想在埃拉找一间不潮湿的房间,强烈建议您预订酒店。酒店的早餐非常棒,种类丰富。纳拉卡非常细心周到。
酒店地理位置优越,餐厅非常棒,服务也无可挑剔。我们的服务员纳拉卡总是随叫随到,乐于助人。我强烈推荐这家酒店。
位于埃拉市中心。酒店舒适,家庭房非常宽敞(我们和三个女儿一起住在这里)。员工的友好态度尤其令人印象深刻。为了我女儿的生日,酒店特意准备了一个生日蛋糕送给她。真是贴心的惊喜!
在这家餐厅度过了美好的时光,圣诞自助餐种类丰富,而且服务员非常热情友好,谢谢 NALAKA!
