第一感觉破旧脏: 大堂像50年前的,地毯很脏,感觉就不好。
入住恶意拖延:
12点半到,说等等,吃饭回来就能住。
2点多吃完饭回来,说不行,让等40分钟。
40分钟后去问,还不行!又出新问题,让去bar等。
连续数次拖延,一直到5点才给钥匙! 浪费一下午!
房间实景超烂:
一看,连北京怀柔农家乐都不如!
两个20公斤大行李,全靠自己扛上楼。
楼梯很陡! 非常麻烦且不安全。
门正对一栋破旧的瓦房,恶心死了!
房间只有小窗,门不透光,灯光灰暗!农家乐感十足!
网络无法使用:
需要国内手机号登录,不是常见房号登录。
弄半天登不上! 服务员用他自己手机试了两次也不行!
当晚受不了,直接换酒店! 房都没退。
酒店拒不退款:
携程专员非常负责,帮忙联系酒店,说至少退一天房费吧。
酒店一直不回复,携程反复催,过了3天,强硬回复“不退不改”!
连携程专员都无语了!

房间很大,街景不错,第一天有工作人员帮忙带路进房间,床也很大!是这几天住的最大的床,卫浴用品是娇韵诗全套,早饭是典型的白人饭,面包最好吃,其他一般,不能抱有太大期待,离酒店100m内有当地最大的滑翔伞公司!可以尝试非常好!
酒店可以行李寄存,但是感觉不是特别安全,因为放在了楼梯口下面,感觉很多人都能进出,但是酒店的服务真的挺不错的,有奔驰车辆接送,前台小哥和接送司机、餐厅服务人员都很和善!感觉在瑞士遇到的都是好人~
定了两天,分别住了现代房和巴洛克风房间。其中巴洛克风有一些小镇的景色。酒店性价比不高,离Ost车站比较近,如果买票都是到Ost,可以选择这一家。

早餐种类还行但新鲜健康。特别喜欢他们的鲜榨果。
尤其是Aristotelis 让我们的旅程充满美好回忆!不仅热情周到,还总能在细节处让人感到宾至如归。入住和退房,送车都是他提供很贴心的帮助。
有个小花园孩子们很喜欢。

第一天入住就遇到房间钥匙系统失效,一间一间人工钥匙开门。五个小时以后才恢复,早餐品种少,我们7间房入住两天,第一天还有煎蛋,第二天14个人只给我们两个煎蛋,其他无论如何说也不做了,东西没了也不添加。盘子就空在那里。和服务员说,还态度差得很,翻白眼。差评!
离车站距离近,周围商店很多,各国的观光客人随处可见。饭店很大,房间内一个双人床,一个沙发床,家族三人住很适合。房间里面有两个电视,配有浴衣拖鞋等。早餐种类丰富多样!
房间大,设施好,有 烧水壶,咖啡机,拖鞋浴袍,娇韵诗全套护理产品,早餐丰盛,酒店晚餐也很好,还有 火车站接送服务 + 免费城市交通卡
