Not customer friendly, we had problem with booking duplication because of the system error from online booking, reported it to *********** they were very helpful and asked me to inform the hotel to confirm the cancellation to be able to help us getting the refund but they choose to be so hard understanding our duplication problem instead always insist that we want to do the cancellation purposely.
入住了Pandawa房型，房间很干净，也很不错。美中不足的是靠近马路，所以车辆和修车厂的声音比较吵。
