A truly exceptional find this little gem of a pub hotel in a beautiful location in Norfolk.
Stayed in a cabin and it was lovely, clean and well presented, the bed was very comfortable and bathroom well appointed.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were very good we had the full breakfast which was excellent, the evening meal was delicious, the pies are out of this world.
Can’t fault this pub and can’t recommend it enough.
Will definitely stay there again.

The property was amazing clean had everything we needed for our nights stay could not fault it at all breakfast was great although the children would have liked beans instead of tomato but still very good value.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the initial welcome was good, and the cabin room was perfect - really clean, great layout and comfy bed. The bathroom is spacious and spotless, all looks new. The sitting area on the terrace of the cabin was cute and breakfast was excellent. Everything was just great and we look forward to coming back again.

Oh my, what a gem!! Despite having visited Norfolk regularly for many years it was the first time to Warham and The Three Horseshoes. I was very lucky to stay in one of their new cabins, very relaxing and comfortable - best sleep in a long time. Massive bed and shower! Breakfast and dinner were both plentiful and very tasty. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. I am looking forward to visiting again over the summer

Good location
A great location for exploring north Norfolk. Very close to Wells next the Sea and convenient for Sandringham.
