It was an extremely unpleasant experience. I booked the hotel in advance, but due to a change in my itinerary, I requested to cancel the reservation 5 days ahead of time. However, the hotel unilaterally refused to approve the cancellation, which is simply unbelievable! You should know that in China, most hotels allow reservations to be canceled at any time even on the check-in day!

酒店位置非常好,房间也还行,前台服务好有礼貌,泳池好看,水很清凉,拍照超赞
极度避雷!巴东海滩贝斯特韦斯特,恶心无底线!歧视华人+卫生脏乱+恶意刁难,中国人千万别来!
这家酒店已经不是服务差,是坏到骨子里,专门恶心中国游客,全程体验堪称噩梦,奉劝所有来泰国的中国人,直接拉黑,半步都别踏进来!
第一天入住直接被塞脏乱差到令人作呕的连通房,打开门甚至都能看到对面的床上躺着一个女人和一个小孩半夜还有小孩哭,一进门就是刺鼻的霉臭异味,房间根本没打扫,马桶上全是尿渍,卫生状况触目惊心,完全是给人住的地方!当即要求换房,前台直接撒谎谎称只剩最后一间房,坚决不给换,哪怕找携程投诉施压,依旧态度强硬拒不处理,摆明了故意刁难!
第二天再三强烈要求换房,反复明确强调:不要首尾房、不要连通房、只要安静房间,结果酒店丧心病狂,依旧故意安排走廊最末尾的尾房!就算没有异味,也整夜被摩托车炸街的噪音吵到根本无法入睡,完全无视所有合理诉求,就是刻意把最差、最吵的房间塞给中国人!
最让人愤怒的是赤裸裸的种族歧视,毫无遮掩!
前台全程跪舔白人,好房间、好服务优先全给白人,办理入住顺畅又客气;
对中国游客全程甩脸冷漠、满嘴谎言,天天拿“最后一间房”当借口,可我们入住仅2小时、甚至半夜回来,都能看到大量客人正常办理入住退房,所谓“没房”全是骗人的鬼话!
任何诉求都沟通无效,投诉无用,全程被恶意针对、区别对待,花钱住店还要遭受歧视和刁难,这家店从管理层到前台,从头到尾都不把中国游客当人看!
真心血泪提醒所有中国同胞:千万、千万别订这家酒店!
不要给这种歧视华人、毫无底线的黑心酒店送钱,别让自己的旅行,毁在这家充满恶意、恶心至极的店里!
优点是:地理位置是相当方便,去班赞海鲜市场,去夜市,去芭东海滩,去711等等,在市区,酒店是老品牌,我们十年前去苏梅岛也是这个品牌但是差距太大那是度假酒店,这是商务型带个泳池
缺点是:在街边晚上睡觉很吵,房间灯光太暗眼睛难受,设施太老了空调噪音响的睡不着,卫生没有很仔细,上个房客留的泡面酱袋地上留了两天,我还每天放了小费都没收拾干净
感谢 Dada 推荐这家酒店,住宿环境和景色都很棒,员工服务周到,房间干净整洁,设施齐全。
前台服务非常好,我印象深刻,特别是 Bus。
客房服务还有待改进。入住当天,浴室里没有给我放杯子,而且放茶和咖啡的杯子里有头发,在客人入住前没有仔细检查。
总的来说,我丈夫对这家酒店非常满意。
非常不愉快的体验,我提前预定了酒店,因行程有变,提前5天申请取消预定,但是酒店单方面并不同意取消,简直令人难以置信!要知道,在中国,大部分酒店入住当天都可以随时取消!

这次住宿总体来说非常好,位置就在芭东海滩区域的中心地带,步行即可到达江西冷购物中心,附近有很多餐馆。房间很干净,水压也很足,员工会说英语。早餐一般,游泳池有点小。
这是我住过最糟糕的酒店了。我本来以为连锁酒店至少会有个基本水准,结果大失所望,后悔不已。可以说,这家酒店毁了我的普吉岛之行。
每天都要跟各种虫子搏斗,比如蚂蚁和蟑螂等等。房间里湿度非常高,每次洗完澡地板都会湿哒哒的。可能是因为潮湿和脏乱吧,房间的灯光也很昏暗。隔音差到极致,各种噪音让我感觉睡在外面都比这里强。而且,酒店员工的服务态度也非常不友好。除了离江西冷购物中心比较近之外,其他所有方面我都完全不推荐。宁愿多花点钱去住别的酒店吧。快逃离这里吧!!
房间蛮干净,挺大的。性价比高。相对来说比较划算。还有顶楼的露天泳池,也很出片。下午过去游玩人也不多 。跟家人出来游玩的,希望的是能有中文服务交流,要是没有家人的交流情况下,我自己无法交流😅还有就是房间里互通的那扇门,咱也不懂,住好几家酒店有这个。还是有点吓人的🙃不理解,酒店总体的环境还是比较干净的不错🥳
优点:
1.Wifi很好,打王者没问题
2.屋顶无边泳池很漂亮
3.地理位置:旁边2家7-11,门口左手边就是泰国连锁按摩店Let’s relax,步行去江西冷商场、尚泰百货均5-8分钟距离
缺点:
1.隔音非常差 酒店特别多印度人入住 他们会大开房门一群人站走廊聊天 非常吵闹 酒店应该能从监控里看到印度游客长期一伙人在房间的走廊里深夜还在聊天,却从不调停
2.入住需要押金2000泰铢现金(太多了)
这家酒店很糟糕,对顾客毫不关心,特别是前台。尤其是那些女员工,她们的态度非常恶劣,必须对她们采取严厉措施。至于卫生方面,更是无从谈起,他们根本不关心公寓的清洁。电梯也破旧不堪。必胜客西餐厅的管理层必须对这家酒店采取必要措施。我将在所有社交媒体上投诉并提出建议。酒店里有很多不守规矩的印度客人,他们在早上和傍晚都造成了噪音骚扰。酒店管理层只想赚钱。这家酒店需要彻底改变。我旅行过,在普吉岛住过16家酒店,这是最差的一家。
