酒店还是稍显老旧,不过早餐不错,服务很到位的,商务出行OK。周边出行等等也方便,离机场不算远,去central village也方便。我们是有司机相伴,所以住这里停车也方便。我写了半天这个50个字还不到吗,我的积分...哈哈哈哈哈
设施:非常旧就不说了,还保养的很差,厕所淋雨都很难用;有跟另一间的联通门,隔音不好,且我这边不能锁,另一半不知道;
卫生:非常差,到处都是灰尘,桌子,床头,柜子上;各种污渍到处可见,在布艺凳子、窗帘、墙面;被子上还有蜘蛛爬虫,太恶心了;
环境:总体感觉很旧,室外停车场到大厅通道的设计也是不人性化的,可能由于房子太老了吧,布局不合理,也不改善!
服务:一般吧,不想多说了;
联通隔门:老式的酒店有这个不奇怪,关键是我这边没有门锁,不知道对面的设置是怎么样的,咨询了前台,两次说法不一,一会儿说两边都可以锁(明显和事实不符,我就让他们来看),后面又说对面是打不开的,不知道怎么相信他们。
早餐:还行,唯一不想吐槽的地方。
太失望了,简直砸NOVOTEL的牌子
有个年龄较大的男前台,办理入住时就不打招呼,拉着脸,预定酒店时特意备注不要角落房,结果还是安排了角落房,去找他换房,直接说没有房间可以换,全满了,哪个酒店能一间不剩?我马上打开携程,发现还有很多空房可以预定,前台就是故意的,歧视中国人,还一个劲态度蛮横的说没有房间,没办法处理!然后她旁边年龄偏大的**事说我来给你换,然后马上就给换了,这不还是能处理吗?!服务是第一位的,这个男前台太差劲太不合格了!房间里面是好的,但是跟描述不符,没有浴缸。早餐非常好。
酒店真的很老很老,半夜2点半抵达素万那普机场,打Grab过来240泰铢,20分钟出头。好处就是如果你转机单纯想找个地方休息,这酒店是OK的
但我第一次看到房间床头两边以及办公桌旁一个插座都没有,是一个都没有,还别奢望usb口了,充电要去吧台找热水壶旁的插座
花洒什么的也很老,酒店拖鞋和牙膏牙刷需要致电house keeping才拿过来,但300来元的价格住一晚还是勉强接受吧。来旅游就别考虑了
这不是我第一次入住曼谷诺富特是拉差酒店了。我对他们的服务、员工态度、房间大小、房间设施、洗手间设施以及其他很多方面都非常满意。客房服务人员也很配合,他们会满足我的需求并记住,每天都会给我充足的我在第一天要求的东西。总的来说,我真的非常满意这家酒店提供的服务!
这家酒店的地理位置是其一大亮点,去曼谷东部和西部拜访工厂都很方便。此外,风景优美的游泳池也是一个加分项。虽然所有设施都比较老旧了,但我对这里有着特殊的情感纽带🥹
环境很安静,员工很友好也很乐于助人,房间和浴室都很干净。唯一的小缺点是房间里没有拖鞋。
酒店位置去会展中心还算方便,但周围一点商店都没有。而且酒店有点老旧,设施不太好,不过早餐很棒,服务也一流。
酒店附近超市、也附近公交车。很方便出行。
