Atlest 50% of the listed information for this Villa is not true. Really needs to be updated. I guess 10 years ago it was as good as the pictures but no maintenance since then is showing in many places. Helpful contact at the house and good WiFi are positives.

Very big beautiful mansion, quite and peaceful place. Fit for family outing or friends gathering. Kids friendly, so many spaces and relaxing areas. Staff were so helpful. Very clean. 45 mins from Mawun beach and 57 mins from the airport. As this villa location is up hills and far from supermarket so you better go to shops and buy whatever you need for your meals before you go to the villa. The view from the bedrooms is amazing, you will wake up with ocean view and fresh air.
