What a lovely camp site, just 500 metres walk from the beach. Really clean facilities, close to shops. Helpful staff. You also get the chance to see the fruit bats return at dawn after their night time flights. The pitches are a little close together and open, but that’s part did not affect our stay.

We stopped off here to surprise my cousin, they had no idea we were coming. After meeting up with Bernard and Kylie who are well known to us from Gippsland Victoria, we just had such a wonderful stay that we extended another three days. Just a pleasant walk to both the shops and the bowlo and beach.

Very expensive.Week 1,$61/night.Week 2, $67/ night. We had site 7,amenities and grounds well maintained. Despite Gday parks membership,we found from our travels throughout Australia, this is the most expensive caravan park. Close access to shopping and beaches.Delightful views from the beaches.

Great caravan park, close to all facilities in Emu Park. Beach easily accessible from Park. Pleasant reception staff. Only issue was people constantly walking through our site to access either beach or footpath to shopping centre. Park could remedy this issue by providing dedicated walkways. Some sites are quite small.

The site is in a great location on a quiet beach. Emu Park Beach is a bit nicer and just a 10 minute walk. The park has great facilities with newly refurbished amenities block. The park is very quiet and peaceful and we had a lovely stay. It’s just a short walk to the centre where there is a supermarket and coffee shops.

The park is located in beautiful part of Queensland right on the beach, the facilities were clean and the cabinets had everything that you would want. Our experience was spoilt by the Park Management Team they spend their days policing the grounds from the moment you drove in or walked out of your cabinets. We all found them uninviting which was very sad considering we were there as a family to celebrate life is tough times. Even though we were respectful of other patrons at the caravan park obeyed the rules set out at arrival, their continued approach was offensive in the end. I say they would learn alot from other park owners such as Queens Park in Bowen about awareness and people engagement. Sadly we would not recommend this park but would recommend to stay elsewhere in this friendly community.

We spent just under three weeks at this charming, quiet holiday park, and it was a delightful experience. The park is pet-friendly, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. It's convenient location puts shops, takeaways, and a local pub all within easy walking distance. It’s perfect for those seeking a more relaxed pace, but also great for families with children, as the beach is practically at your doorstep.

lower rating due to aweful van parking spot. may sound harsh but omg. what a shocking place to be assigned. we had luckily a resident who drove semi trailers who assisted. the scratches on the amenities block is attestation to how difficult it was. staff have buggies with tow balls but no assistance was offered. the spot we were given should only be for camper vans only. ok rant over. amenities older could do with a spruce up. but spotless at all times. really good spot near great fishing spots. roads in great condition. boom gates in and out. if you see the food van with thai food get take away there. damn awesome food cooked fresh. massoman curry waa best ive tasted even in thailand ! lovely quiet park at night. security night lighting. genuinly liked it there. will go back but not same spot.
