Hotel has no kitchen and other than Sarangapani Subramani other staff do not understand English and are rude, forcing you to have what they prepared, not your order. The hotel is in a slum and surrounded by criminals and antisocials with drunken men roaming about in the morning. We were extremely lucky to escape unharmed.

The hotel room is clean. Staff were helpful. However, it's overpriced. The surrounding area is not great. There is a local bar, and it may not be suitable for families. No in-house restaurant. Limited parking area.

It's a good place located in city centre next to bus stand. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to tourist places

The location of the hotel was very bad it has local bar and the access to the hotel was very bad due to road construction, no in house restaurant no plates no tea/no at hotel room were not up to the mark

Not suitable for female occupany. Too overpriced for the size & facilities offered. Dirty pillows. Salty tap water. Have to walk through a shady alley to reach the hotel. Not suitable for women at night. We had to walk over a drain to reach hotel as road is under construction. On top of that the manager is abusive to guests. Walls are cracked & wifi gets switched off after 9. 30 pm. Most horrible hotel experience booked through mm t

Pleasent stay, receptionist is very helpful, and they maintain clean room which is very good, and the hotel near to bustand
