This hotel seems new-ish in that the decor is more modern and spacious. My room was clean, sheets and towels were in good condition and the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom could have been a bit nicer, there was mold growing on the grout in the shower.
Overall a better hotel and quiet too.

I have stayed here before and liked the location of the property and the fact that they don't charge an arm and a leg for pets.
