The water was like warm the whole 5 day stay. The bathroom door got stuck from scrapping on the floor 1/2 way open. It was hard to both close it or open it enough to walk in comfortably. We informed the desk but nothing was done about it.

Room neglected, not clean and hallway with cat food on carpet ,
told staff Sam (nice man) at desk and cleaning ladies were both there and mopping and vacuming .. this was morning time and still 2 days later was there even though i brought it to staff attention very politely more than once .. stay was 5 days

We loved our stay at the hotel. Room was clean staff was super nice and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. All around no complaints would stay here again for future visits.

Bathrooms need to be cleaner. Need sofa in the rooms, they smell and fall in when sitting on them. And last of all, the seating in the lobby is nasty and looks disgusting. It needs to all be redone.
We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. I can say the desk staff were very nice for the first time.

The room was comfortable and clean, though has a faint chemical cleaner aroma to it. Water pressure was very low, making it hard to shower (4th floor). Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit lackluster.
Keeping in mind that the overall cost for two days stay was just over $200, I would say that the accommodation was fair value for the money. You could get more, but it would cost more as well.

The hotel is close to Wylie and has easy access to all the nearby towns. There is ample parking, and the grounds are big and grassy, perfect for furry friends. The staff is super nice and efficient. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
Sadly, the furniture is stained, the grounds are littered - especially in the parking lot and near the trash cans and the breakfast is subpar with limited choices and no fresh fruit. .

Found dirty tissues in the bedside table drawer, thermostat was broken (AC worked as it's own unit though), leather headboard was worn down- giving the room a not-so-clean look, and sheets smelled funny. Mostly stayed for a place to sleep and not for the amenities, so did not get to utilize.
