The hotel was fine. Bed and pillows excellent. However the customer service is poor in the restaurant.

Very nice and clean, beds were very comfortable room overlooking the fields so nice and quiet. Staff were very accommodating as the night we wanted food there delivery hadn’t arrive so couldn’t get what we wanted from the menu but ended up ok they gave a few extra sides to compensate and of course we got the 20% as staying there so on the whole good value

The room allocated to us was really smelling of cigarette smoke but when we said it was easily rectified by giving us another room! Although the other room was absolutely fine but we found it really cold even after changing the settings on the heating!

Lovely clean room. Check in is at reception in the separate restaurant building from the hotel building. For a couple we were only provided with one bath towel and one hand towel in addition to the bath mat. You apparently can ask at reception for more towels but that’s no use when it’s in a different building.

Few things that were a negative - breakfast had no black pudding
Dinner - mix grill wasn’t available

I would suggest get a competent person to order in what’s advertised on the menu
Should not be a major issue for any sort of head chef to make happen

Room was fine, beds were very comfortable so we all had a great sleep. Only negatives were attention to details, we had to ask for more towels, coffee, milk and a hairdryer. Reception is in a separate building opposite so not very handy especially with wet hair in the morning! Fine for an overnight stay .

我们住了两晚，但当我们抵达汽车旅馆时（前台已经关门了），却发现房间乱糟糟的，床铺都没铺，卫生纸也没有，垃圾桶也堆满了，而且没人清理。
由于前台关门了，我们也没法跟任何人透露房间状况。
我完全不推荐这家住宿。
