大厅有300円的葡萄酒和米酒可以喝，还有免费小吃。风景也不错，下面就是南京町，走五分钟能到车站和美利坚公园。
地理位置不错，附近有JR和阪神阪急元町，还有地铁站旧居留地，楼下就是元町购物街，对面就是大丸百货，吃饭逛街溜达很方便，周末人多很热闹。
酒店本身设施很完善，该有的都有，前台还可以领化妆水乳液什么的护肤品；而且环保友好，可以按需清洁，不用担心工作人员每天进房打扫，对注重隐私的i人十分友好！！！
从旁边150米的多米酒店换成这里再住，超出预期的好，免费的咖啡零食非常赞，服务态度好，位置优越，下次会再住
日本旅游又一次被安排了有问题的房间。 房间在楼道尽头，也就是尾房。本来倒也不介意尾不尾，但是房间格局明显和同房型正常房间不一样，空调出风口居然对着床。虽然安装了挡板，但作用并不大，睡觉时必须关闭空调，否则一定感冒
设施：神户东急这家比福冈选的the b 房间宽敞很多，设施不新，但干净，有烧水壶
卫生：环保要求，需要我们挂出全屋打扫还是毛巾更换的牌子
环境：在大丸百货和南京路旁边，购物方便，中秋节看日本华人过节。离三宫站有1.5km左右距离，可以腿着去，福冈塔1.5km也是腿着去，附近有城市换线巴士，去北野异人馆街号方便。
服务：特别喜欢酒店的早餐，品种多，有三种水果，早上吃饱，午餐省了，无早餐10点退房，有早餐11点退房
酒店位置很好，就在神户大丸旁边，步行去美利坚公园也不远，酒店设施中规中矩，卫生情况良好，服务也不错，前台小姐姐很热情
酒店就在大丸百货的对面，很多大牌和潮牌都在附近，对于喜欢购物的朋友来说，那是非常方便。走路去三宫站也还行，大约10分钟。
房间不大，但是干净卫生。地上可以打开行李箱。
卫生间是干湿分离的，但是没有浴缸哦。
上下电梯都需要刷卡，比较安全。而且整个街区到了晚上也很安静。
双床房还是偏小，好在就带了24寸箱子能躺平，酒店位置很赞就在南京町旁边，元町商业街和bal商场都在附近，回程去关西机场的大巴步行也就15分钟，神户住几天真的悠闲人少。
tokyu REI我常住，于是在神户也选择了它家。酒店就在神户中华街边上，对面是大丸百货。从元町站走过来快一点就七八分钟，周边有很多吃的喝的。
房间不算小，设施比较新，尤其浴室不是那种日式一体式的，空间比较大，还有无障碍设施。前台那边有个sake bar可以喝日本酒，lounge可以喝点咖啡和茶，早餐也不错，但来神户就是要尝试各种洋食和咖啡店啊，以后就需要订了～
没有浴缸没有浴缸没有浴缸，订房间时没仔细看，连住一周一次澡也没泡成🥲🥲。看到别人吐槽的花洒问题我觉得还好，花洒目测很干净 水垢应该是当地水质偏硬加上年份比较长的原因造成的，本人可以接受。下楼即是元町步行街 中华街和大丸百货，买买买很方便。距离阪神和jr元町站 走路三分钟就到，走到三宫大概十来分钟，可以从步行街穿过去 顺便逛逛商店
