酒店位置很好，房间很大，虽然酒店有点老了但设施维护的很好。 酒店服务也不错，旁边就是一个购物中心，吃饭购物都方便
房间比较中规中矩，应该是嗯，装修了比较多年吧，开关的话不像在中国那么智能，它就是每一个灯基本上对着一个开关，那个洗手间里面有这个泡澡的浴缸，然后早餐非常丰富，早餐很好，它的位置也很好，它的那个旁就是一个很大的商场，也有一个很大的超市，买东西很方便，里面的咖啡啊，还有那个护发胶囊啊，价格都非常实惠，比机场低很多，机场价格基本上是那边的两到三倍，要购物的话在那个超市购物还是非常方便的
这绝对是我住过的五星级酒店中最糟糕的一次体验。令人失望的是，管理层只是千篇一律地复制粘贴相同的通用回复来应对负面评价，却没有真正采取措施解决反复出现的问题。我理解翻新或维护需要成本，但即便如此，他们也远远达不到像Tentrem或Padma这样酒店的标准。看来酒店老板要么是放弃了，要么就是漫不经心。
我真心替工作人员感到难过，他们友善且乐于助人，但显然是在一个维护不善的物业中尽力而为。起初，网络连接非常弱，尽管很快就解决了。我房间的电视坏了，不得不更换。
浴室水槽很脏，我房间的门坏了，床单上有很多污渍，走廊闻起来像潮湿发霉的地下室。隔音效果几乎不存在。我能听到隔壁房间的一切动静，包括令人不安的噪音，还有主干道上传来的摩托车声，直到深夜。如果你睡眠很浅，那一定要要求一个不临街的房间。
早餐充其量只能算一般。有些菜还行，但干巴巴的糕点和寿司尤其令人失望。
健身房维护得很差，地板损坏，甚至还有蟑螂爬过，这基本上总结了整个酒店缺乏妥善维护的情况。此时此刻，我甚至都懒得向工作人员抱怨了。感觉根本没用。
如果你选择这家酒店是为了它的地理位置，那么住几天还能凑合，但别指望有什么五星级的品质。设施维护不善，虽然工作人员尽力了，但整体体验远远达不到你对顶级酒店的期望。这是一个你只能忍受而不是享受的地方。
酒店位置好，楼下有超市，商场饮食偏快餐，附近是政府部门，人行道宽阔，可以走到千重门，附近的商场更繁荣，吃的更多。早餐丰盛，服务还行。不好的就是床单脏污，同事房间还有蚂蚁。

酒店地理位置非常好，就在商场楼上。房间干净宽敞，非常适合带孩子度假。早餐种类丰富，味道也很棒。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
酒店在市中心，有个好几层的购物中心在同一栋大楼。
号称五星级酒店，不错卫生有那么一点点不满意，好几次在房间看到蚂蚁。跟国内五星级没法比，床很小，翻身担心掉下去那种。
值得欣慰的是早餐很丰富
服务好，员工热情，环境干净。
一分钱一分货。
总体感觉是还不错的，但是五星级酒店感觉标准还是达不到，酒店设施太老太旧了…早餐品种还算多，比较丰富，楼下有个商场，比较方便
