The condition of the room (we booked 3 bed rooms cottage) is not appropriate and it was very dirty. .... the ceiling is broken, there are stains at the floor, the stove is broken, the inside of refrigerator is dirty ... And when we raised the complain, the front office is not willing to accept and neglect our complain ... the manager on duty did not appear and did not take the responsibility at all
房间宽敞、干净，服务很好，还有山景，价格也非常实惠。
还行吧，因为是临时订的，这个价格也算可以了。
酒店的空调简直是噩梦，我们打了好几次电话，前台都没人接。这家酒店真的需要升级一下设施了。
一切都很好，员工很友好也很乐心帮助，只有早餐太糟糕了……印尼杂拌饭（pecel）是冰冷的，酱料也是凉的……不推荐在那里吃早餐。
服务很好，位置也很便利。
房间干净，空间宽敞，淋浴水压大，酒店员工很友好。
地理位置优越，服务友好，非常干净。
卫生状况有待提高

这里还不错，虽然不是特别干净，但价格比其他已经很贵的酒店要实惠得多。建议在OTA上增加豪华大床房（superior king）这个房型选择。
