环境优美，园区郁郁葱葱。房间设计兼具德法风格的便利和时尚。早餐比较丰富。晚餐有自助和零点餐厅的不同选择，自助餐每晚有不同主题。特别是在办理入住和退房时，都得到Mr.Lousi的热情接待，而且在得知我们的航班是晚六时左右，提供免费延迟退房到三点，给我们极大的帮助。
这是我住过的最棒、最漂亮的酒店之一。干净的房间令人惊叹，他们每天早晚打扫两次，我觉得这对于像这里这样沙子较多的地方来说非常方便。食物很美味，工作人员都非常友好和善良，我绝对会推荐。Marie-Yvonne 为我和我的家人安排了一次很棒的旅行，去看了海龟和塞舌尔的岛屿。我还体验了最棒的按摩。Stefanie 帮我办理了退房手续，她非常乐于助人、也很友善，还送了我们一些凯宾斯基的小礼物。🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
很棒的酒店。服务一流，无可挑剔。工作人员非常关心客人的体验，随叫随到。八月份这里很凉爽，因为有强劲的海风。强烈推荐。
酒店生态比较好，也安静私密，适合度假，前台服务不错，海的话质量一般，还不如三亚酒店，要去出海才漂亮，房间整体不算旧，床不太行，不舒适，打扫的很仔细，早餐尚可，水果比较丰富，典型的西餐风格，能吃饱，离码头比较远，打车可太贵了，还是住码头近一些好，方便出海，
地点很漂亮，但服务设施太少了，根本不像五星级酒店。客房服务等得让人很尴尬。他们宣传有枕头菜单，但实际上根本没有。酒店周围也没什么可逛的。
位置不错。是一个休闲的好去处。服务人员也很热情有礼，但如果没有租车去那里就比较迂回，附近也没有大的超市，餐厅之类，只能在酒店里消费。幸好自助餐不差，每天都有不同菜式。早餐最值得一赞👍🏻
