It is certainly unacceptable to have anyone smoking inside the rooms and dissappointing that people still do dispite our warnings and clear signage not to do so.We have found the guest who had smoked in the room and of course we hold them accountable but also I woluld liek to offer our sincerear appologise for our room not having been air out ebfore check in.We do sincerely hope you stay with us again.

酒店回复: Hi Mark.Thank you for your review. Upon checking your reservation I can see you were in room 132. While the taste in designs for a tap may not be for everyone. I have personally checked both the Shower and basin taps with no issues in turning them off. Showers can be slippery at times which is why every room is provided with a bath/ shower matt.I would also like to point out that if you truly required a tool then you should have come to reception or seen myself who would have organized a license professional plumber to assist.We do however recognize the carpets to need our yearly professional cleaners to come and we have organized them as needed.

I will investigate this with our housekeeping. However, I do wish you had brought this to my attention earlier as we could have resolved it before you returned from your concert. I do try to have a full check of all rooms before giving them out but given your circumstances for a very early check in, I didn't get that final check in before our standard 2pm check in.As for breakfast. all guests are given an information sheet with all information including times for breakfast, check outs at 10am and other useful information. this information can also be found on your reservation confirmation, the folders in every room and asking reception.I will point out your blatant lie. you arrived at 9:25am to the dining area where I did close the doors and spoke with me "the young man at reception". I did apologies that I had packed away the toast and the juice but as you saw it was only myself serving breakfast at 9:25am which was when you choose to check out immediately after.I do apologies I couldn't be in both places at once. It is why I do best to maintain, tidy and close the dining room on time so I can meet everyone checking out at 10am.I do hope you will give us a second chance despite the review. I'm always open to second chances let's try and make your next stay with us a great one :)

位于猎人谷附近的城镇，城镇没什么人不过也因为这样把无人check-in发展的很成熟，由于我们太晚到城镇了，管家直接将钥匙放在大门外并告诉我密码，很酷的体验

入住很顺利，但打开我们房间（124房间）的门时，闻到一股烟味。我们向前台反映后，他们提出换房，但那时我们已经打开了窗户和空调。除此之外，房间大小合适，床很舒服，淋浴也很好。如果再来这个地区，我们还会住在这里。
非常愉快的住宿体验
我的住宿体验非常愉快，接待人员彬彬有礼，乐于助人。房间有些地方略显陈旧，但一尘不染，非常舒适，所有我需要的设施一应俱全。我一定会再次入住这里。

休息室很脏，根本没法坐。淋浴需要工具才能开关。（无法手动开关）因为水龙头的问题，淋浴水时冷时热，根本调不准。我放弃了，干脆没洗。
淋浴也很滑，很危险，因为清洁皂根本没法冲洗干净。
水槽上的水龙头设计很差，打开或关闭的时候手指会被夹住。
地毯上有污渍，很不舒服。
我们到得很早，房间显然还没有准备好，不过接待处的年轻人给了我们钥匙，这点非常好，因为我们要去波高尔宾 (Pokolbin) 听音乐会，很晚才能回来。优点也就到此为止了。浴室不是最干净的，天花板上有霉菌，淋浴时有人用过肥皂，所以可能没有清洗过。浴室里提供的洗漱用品似乎也没有重新补充。床单看起来和摸起来都像是睡过一样，床底有沙砾感。 9:20 去吃早餐，没注意到他们 9:30 就关门了（大多数酒店供应到上午 10 点），如果你来得有点晚，可以喝茶或咖啡，还有水果（水果碗里有苹果和橙子）。早餐结束前 10 分钟，所有其他食物的痕迹都被撤走了，当时还有客人在吃东西。我们去退房，想去吃早餐，结果发现前台空无一人，其他人也在等着退房。体验很不好，前台也没人，我也没法表达我的担忧。
