This is hands down the best ski hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many! Situated high up in the mountains it is not the place to stay if you are more interested in the apres or not skiing. But if you want ski in, ski out in a fantastic resort, amazing food, hospitality, awesome spa, spacious comfortable rooms and a peaceful nights sleep, this is the place! It is a family run hotel and as a consequence everything is run to perfection with staff going out of their way to make sure you have a great time. Vladimir in the restaurant is so attentive and great fun and all the staff so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fabulous and you are presented with the evening menu and get to choose the main bit of a 6 course menu for the evening. There is always a choice of meat, fish or veg. Every dish delicious! We went with our teenage sons and loved seeing them tucking in to healthy and different food. It was a great time for us to chill and chat together as a family, over dinner and in the pool and spa. We were in the minority as British in the hotel and actually the resort but that made it an even better and fun holiday experience. Only tip, if you are English and like to drink lots of tea, maybe bring a travel kettle as they don’t have them in the rooms and for info in Austria you pay for tap water at all restaurants. Already looking at booking again. LOVED IT!
