酒店房间门口就是泳池很方便,还有躺椅,非常适合带孩子的家庭。早餐也不错,唯一不方便的是房间和酒店前台隔着一条马路,不过总体来说还是很满意的
非常好,服务热情友好,还给我升级了露台双床房,房间有一个小院子,还有露天淋浴,度假风拉满!太感谢了🙏设施也不错,泳池直对大海,慢享时光的正确打开方式;酒店就有水上项目,拍照服务也体验了,太完美了!
努沙杜瓦片区性价比很高的酒店,房间分布于两个片区,一边靠大海,一边隔着一条路,但是很好的是,斑马线也安排了员工指挥交通,让人觉得很放心

第一天到达时候已经快0点了,大堂已经没人了,不过前台办完手续,还是非常好的有值班员工送我们去房间,并且一路告诉我们泳池、沙滩、早餐等等情况,虽然都是蹩脚英语,不过看得出来很真诚的小哥

花园翼楼的房间,虽然大小和设施都一般,不过整体感受还是不错的,有三个泳池,一个大的靠近海边(大堂),两个小的在我们住的区域(翼楼/需要过马路)泳池也很干净、舒服,早餐不错、品种多,人也不会爆满,餐厅跟海距离很近,早餐可以直接看到一线海景
服务:非常的差!我的房间在一楼我进去非常多的蚊子!灯也是坏的,然后还有很多房间就是不肯给我换一个二楼的,在携程小姐姐再三沟通下才给我换到2楼!!
环境:一楼环境非常不好,蚊虫非常多,而且酒店也不做任何措施!
一晚上800块的酒店就给我这种服务真的很差劲啊!大家慎点啊,而且酒店服务员不会变通只认死理无语至极!蚊子那么多要求换个房间也不肯,让我等了2个小时晚饭都没有吃在那边等携程沟通给我换房!
我们在这家酒店住了两天。我们本来想要一间能直接通往泻湖的房间,但不巧的是,我们入住的房间(440)并不能直通泻湖。房间前面那个根本就不是泳池,只是一处水深40厘米的水洼。我们遇到的另一个问题是想去主泳池(在另一栋楼,需要穿过马路)时。因为人太多了,我们找不到地方。我们一小时后再回去找,结果还是没找到。同样的问题也发生在找早餐位的时候。我们在泳池边的餐厅吃了晚餐,食物质量不怎么样。早餐倒是恰恰相反,非常棒。房间很干净,员工也很乐于助人且友好(大部分是),但说实话,整体体验并没有达到我们的预期。
这次去巴厘岛还是住了好几个酒店,诺富特毕瓦,就是有点老了,房间感觉有点小。主要是服务吧,感觉服务一般般,之前住的梅鲁萨卡服务很好,有搬行李的,而且非常客气,感觉诺富特毕瓦服务没那么好,还有一点,就是要上2楼,没电梯,行李没人抬的话,要自己抬。优点就是早餐还是非常不错的。还有就是另一边泳池可以看大海。总体体验还是一般的。
挺好的,,服务人员特别礼貌,餐厅还能看到松鼠和鸽子,也不怎么怕人,晚上在沙滩散步,吹吹海风特别舒服。
买的919预售套餐730块,含早餐,升级到了泳池这一侧的房间,视野很好,套餐还包括130块钱的餐饮消费额度,和1次spa(现场价格250左右),很满意!
推荐在Tanjung Benoa入住的度假村,离市中心和机场有点远,但如果租车自驾就很方便。环境很安静,适合喜欢清静的人,水上运动也很好玩。我建议在这里住2-3晚,好好感受一下这里的氛围,然后再去热闹的地方,或者反过来也可以。祝您入住愉快。
订了三晚升级了直通泳池房,小朋友很高兴。其他没说的都挺满意,旁边吃的也多,也有超市。缺点是蚊子有点多,水质不怎么好,滤芯要每天都换。这个沙滩没什么玩的,都是海藻也不能赶海,本来挺失望,但令人惊喜的是,最后一天晚上居然在沙滩上发现了零星蓝眼泪。
