酒店干净整洁，直通泳池房特别适合亲子出游，孩子来到酒店以后都没在碰过手机，早餐特别丰盛，服务人员热情周到！下次还会再来
来了两次普吉岛住了四家酒店，这家是最最最推荐的！！！入住期间恰逢孩子生日，我们留了纸条给工作人员，收获了满满的惊喜！！孩子太开心了。酒店位置很方便，周边711和药店、按摩店、餐厅很多。两个游泳池分别满足大人和孩子的需求，非常非常适合亲子家庭。
我非常喜欢这次酒店住宿体验。从我抵达的那一刻起，工作人员就非常友好和乐于助人。房间很干净，舒适，设施也很齐全。酒店位置绝佳，靠近餐馆、商店和各种景点。早餐很美味，选择也很多。我一定会再次入住这家酒店，并向其他人推荐。
住过最差的酒店没有之一。
1服务:极差的服务，尤其是前台简直了，我定错了房型，但房型之间在平台上只差25元，前台直接说要想升级要交4000泰铢，拿人当冤大头。此情况下我要求取消重新定一下，前台说你可以取消重新定，但是钱不退！能气炸。。
2设施:看图吧，这马桶我还以为是上世纪的，噪音极大而且水要喷一脸那种，床头居然没有插座，空调恐怖如斯，噪音跟卡车一样。
3退房要等好久查房，生怕你把他们的破毛巾带走了
我也知道他们不在乎中国游客，因为在乎的话也不可能这样对待，怪不得别人家都定完了的情况下这家还有这么多房间。
这个酒店我只能用一个字形容，烂，你借个转插压200泰铢，游泳拿块毛巾要凭卡借，配上酒店的整体的布局，非常像是个监狱。设施破烂发霉，床品都是潮的散发着一股霉味。酒店的前台态度也不太好。整个酒店住着都是俄罗斯人，素质非常差，整个酒店到处有人吸烟。总而言之，这个酒店让人住的非常不开心，住了一天马上跑
对客人态度非常差，门童站在门口都不帮忙拿行李。最差的是酒店前台，那几个女前台愁眉苦脸，入住的时候给亚洲客人都是最差的房间。差别对待。前台态度极其傲慢，泰国是微笑国家，但reception毫无任何服务态度可言。
非常差的体验，酒店所有的房间都不隔音。
所有工作人员态度都很差，千万不要预定这家酒店！
这家酒店很漂亮，早餐自助餐也很美味，简直无可挑剔！我下次还会再来的！
第一次来普吉岛旅行🐘🐯，对预订的酒店充满期待。结果非常满意，完全没有任何需要改进的地方。酒店员工虽然不会说日语，但他们真的非常友好和热情，让人心情愉悦。^^
酒店很漂亮，位置极佳，靠近海边，设施也不错。
这里是放松身心的好地方，游泳池非常棒。早餐也很美味。漂浮下午茶的托盘有点发霉，水龙头不太干净。其他方面都挺好的。
