酒店地理位置很好很方便,而且房间有平板点餐和客房服务都非常方便也很快,下次还会再选择半岛,整体体验感很好
此次入住巴黎半岛的感受就是四个字:店大欺客!连续五晚住下来,虽然没有什么大的问题,但一些细节却与半岛的招牌不相符,也与我以前在东京半岛的体验相去甚远。首先,入住当日,我下午3点半到前台被告知房间还在整理,还需20分钟。我表示理解,但酒店并没有主动询问我需要什么帮助,还是我自己去酒吧找位置等候。且整理时间大大超过20分钟;其次,第二天房间整理后没有主动添加饮用水,还需我们去前台索要;第三,从第三天开始,餐厅因举办活动而对外关闭。但酒店不仅没有主动通知住客,同时餐厅门口的告示也没说明替代用餐(我的房间包含早餐)的地方。我们去前台询问后才知道;第四,某天晚上散步回来,可能是我手中拿着途中买的啤酒,竟被门口的服务生拦下问是否酒店客人;另外,服务员对卫生间的个人物品的整理方式也不像半岛这个级别酒店应有的水准。check out离店时,前台例行公事问我入住体验,我明确表示不太满意,而前台完全不以为意。半岛这样的大酒店,自然不在乎我这一点意见。我能做的无非是下次去巴黎,肯定不会再选择巴黎半岛了。(只找到一张照片,还是入住时等房间整理时在酒吧喝的鸡尾酒,倒是挺好喝的)
免费给小朋友加床了,送了水果,马卡龙。
地理位置:非常方便,离香榭丽舍大道步行即达,这个区域感觉挺安全的
服务方便:不过不失,和泰国曼谷半岛对比的话,整体不算太热情,价钱也是高很多
房间设施:房间面积、布局、动线合理,感觉挺舒服的,加的床也可以,房间里面提供的用品还有一些小物件也是挺精致的,感觉很贴心。但唯一淋浴门真的要吐槽一下,玻璃门档根本档不严密,每次洗完澡出来,水漏得一地都是,其实很容易滑倒,以这类型的奢华星级酒店标准来说,可以说是不及格了
我感觉服务确实是比较差了 不知道是我正好赶上了还是人家就这风格 check in全程没有一点笑脸 另外半岛是真的商务 房间里放打印机这你受得了么
酒店各方面都不错,早餐有中东菜,健身房也不错,位置离凯旋门也近,逛巴黎大景点啥的,沿着河,基本上全靠腿就足够了。

巴黎半岛美赞了,我住过全球7家半岛酒店,巴黎半岛是体验感最好的,从到酒店门口接待和门童及行李员和前台会说中文的小姐姐,服务超越所期待的,酒店的早餐厅也是极美的,可颂做的无可挑剔,中餐厅超好吃,楼顶的米其林2星餐厅也很好,以后到巴黎首选巴黎半岛酒店,
