I came here because an americinn at a different location had bed bugs and the manager was extremely extremely rude. He screamed at me and said it was my fault.
This location was so much better very clean great customer service

As advertised: clean and comfortable. Indoor pool was lovely. Not close to the highway, so quiet as a result. Good value!

Top of wardrobe/closet was very dusty. Coffee maker in room but no bottled water. Coffee downstairs at lobby area was very weak. Air conditioning unit was very noisy. The day before I departed, I noticed that the phone wasn't even plugged into the wall. It's been ten years since my last stay at AmericInn, but I had stayed there many times prior to that, I know it is much older now but not even close to the quality stay it used to be. They do not offer AARP discount, when I asked I was told they don't do any discounts.

The hotel billed my credit card for incidentals the day I checked out. 5 days later, the bill was still on my credit card. I had to get ******* involved to get my money back.

Needs a face lift. Carpeting, decor, beds etc are just okay for the price we paid to stay here.
